Crystal Queen’s Coins by Quickspin is a five-reel, three-row slot with 20 paylines. Three or more Crystal Coins open the Frozen Fortune Bonus Game, where coin and Snowflake values can be multiplied by Crystal Balls.

Verified configuration

The official game sheet lists RTP totals of 96.06%, 94.18% and 87.07%, each at volatility five out of five. The reference stake range is €0.20–€100. This does not establish NZD pricing or New Zealand availability.

Maximum simulation results are 10,151x, 10,150x and 10,140x respectively across samples near 100 million spins. Quickspin’s product page summarises the game as offering up to 10,000x; preserve the sheet’s simulation context rather than presenting the slightly higher observed totals as a contractual cap.

Crystal Coins and Snowpots

Three or more Crystal Coins trigger Frozen Fortune. Triggering Coins transfer into the same positions with random values from 1x to 5x the bet.

A Snowflake awards a fixed Snowpot of 20x, 100x, 500x or 2,000x. In the base game, Snowflakes can appear on the rightmost reel; in the bonus they can land anywhere.

Crystal Ball multipliers

Crystal Balls reveal 2x, 3x, 4x or 5x multipliers. In the base game they multiply line wins and Snowpot wins. In Frozen Fortune they multiply the Snowpots and Crystal Coins on the grid.

Do not assume that separate balls automatically multiply one another. Reconstruct the settled calculation from the live help and round history.

Frozen Fortune lives

The bonus begins with three lives. A new symbol resets the counter to three. When no new symbol lands and the lives expire, the game adds the visible Snowflake and Crystal Coin values after the documented multipliers.

The Buy Feature costs 60x and triggers with at least three Crystal Coins, where enabled. The purchase price does not guarantee an equal return.

Mobile and dispute checks

On mobile, confirm that lives, coin values, Snowpots and ball multipliers remain readable without covering the grid. For a disputed sequence, save the round ID, starting stake, triggering positions, multiplier reveals and final credit.

The Quickspin guide explains how to distinguish product documentation from operator availability. Honeylock’s Pots uses a different respin design; its collectors and limits do not apply here.

Base grid and line evaluation

Crystal Queen’s Coins uses five reels, three rows and 20 fixed paylines. Standard symbol wins follow those line patterns, not an all-ways system. The live paytable should identify direction, required symbol count and awards for the active denomination.

Keep ordinary line wins apart from feature values. Crystal Coins, Snowflakes and Crystal Balls have specific functions that are not interchangeable with standard paying symbols. A single round can contain both a line result and a feature event, so the settlement record needs separate subtotals.

The euro range in the supplier sheet is a reference. A casino account can display another currency or denomination table. Record the total stake printed in the launched game rather than converting the euro limits on your own.

Triggering Frozen Fortune

Three or more Crystal Coin symbols in the base game start Frozen Fortune. Save the trigger result and the exact Coin positions. The triggering Coins transfer into the same locations on the bonus grid, preserving the geometry of the entry state.

Each transferred Coin receives a random value from 1× to 5× the bet under the documented rule. Record those revealed values before the first bonus life. Do not assume that the symbol carried a visible base-game value before transfer.

Additional Crystal Coins can arrive during the feature. Their values become part of the final pool and, because they are new symbols, they reset the remaining lives to three.

A screenshot showing three Coins on a promotional panel is not evidence of a trigger. Use the completed round history and account ledger.

Coin-value bookkeeping

Store every Coin by coordinate and current multiplier. If a Coin begins at 2× and a later Crystal Ball affects it, preserve both the original value and the multiplied result. This makes the order auditable.

Coin multipliers are applied to the selected bet as defined in the paytable. Avoid converting each intermediate value into currency several times. Keep all feature values in multiplier units, complete the documented operations and convert the final feature total once.

Coins remain on the grid during Frozen Fortune. A previously visible Coin should not be counted as newly landed on every life. Only a new feature symbol resets the counter.

At final settlement, sum eligible Coin and Snowpot values after the Crystal Ball operations shown by the game history.

Snowflakes and fixed Snowpots

A Snowflake reveals one of four fixed Snowpots: 20×, 100×, 500× or 2,000×. In base play, Snowflakes can appear on the rightmost reel. During Frozen Fortune they can land in any position.

The revealed Snowpot value is an award component, not a jackpot balance that grows between rounds. Record which of the four fixed values appeared and where it landed.

In the base game, a Crystal Ball can multiply a Snowpot award according to the documented feature. During Frozen Fortune, Snowpots on the grid are also eligible for the bonus multiplier treatment. The round history should show each applied multiplier.

Do not infer that every Snowflake is the 2,000× pot because the top amount appears in marketing. The random reveal settles the actual value.

Crystal Ball values in base play

Crystal Balls reveal 2×, 3×, 4× or 5×. In the base game, the revealed value can multiply line wins and Snowpot wins for that result. Identify the eligible subtotal before applying the Ball.

If a result contains more than one Crystal Ball, follow the active help and history for their combination. Do not automatically multiply the Ball values together or add them unless the documented settlement does so.

Record line subtotal, Snowpot subtotal, Ball reveal and final result as separate fields. This prevents a 5× Ball from being mistaken for a standalone five-times-bet Coin award.

A Crystal Ball is a modifier, not a trigger for Frozen Fortune. The three-Coin condition remains the documented entry rule.

Crystal Balls inside Frozen Fortune

In the bonus, Crystal Balls multiply the Snowpots and Crystal Coins on the grid. Capture the grid immediately before the Ball effect and immediately after it. The difference should correspond to the eligible values shown in the animation or history.

Where several Balls appear across the feature, maintain chronological states. A later Ball can act on values already changed by an earlier event depending on the live rule. A final screenshot cannot reveal that history by itself.

Do not apply a Ball to empty cells or to a decorative pot label. Only the documented Coin and Snowpot values participate. Keep coordinates in the worksheet to identify exactly which values were present.

Three-life cycle

Frozen Fortune starts with three lives. Each bonus step attempts to add a new feature symbol. When at least one new symbol lands, the counter resets to three. When none lands, the counter drops by one.

The feature ends after the third consecutive empty step. A new symbol arriving when one life remains restores the full three rather than merely adding one. Record the counter before and after every step.

Existing symbols staying visible do not count as new. Likewise, an animation that multiplies existing values is not automatically a new-symbol landing. Let the displayed counter and event history determine whether the lives reset.

This life system governs duration, while Coin, Snowflake and Ball effects govern value. Keeping those dimensions separate avoids treating a large multiplier as an extra life.

Example of a transparent grid record

Use coordinates A1–E3. Suppose the trigger transfers Coins at A2, C1 and E3 with values 1×, 3× and 5×. Store nine multiplier units as the initial Coin pool. If a Snowflake later reveals 100×, add that as a separate Snowpot row.

If a 2× Crystal Ball then affects the eligible grid, record the pre-effect Coin and Snowpot values, the 2× reveal and every post-effect value shown by the history. Do not simply write “218×” without preserving how the total was formed.

This example explains the worksheet only. It is not a claimed typical result, probability or prediction. Actual coordinates and values must come from the live round.

Buy Feature at 60×

The documented Buy Feature costs 60× the bet and starts Frozen Fortune with at least three Crystal Coins. Where the control is available, its confirmation should display the base stake, multiplier and total account-currency deduction.

The purchase provides entry to the feature, not a 60× minimum award. The initial Coin count can be three or more according to the delivered result. Preserve the confirmation and trigger grid under the same round ID.

Feature buying can be disabled by market or operator. Quickspin’s product sheet proves product capability, not that a New Zealand account can use it.

If the displayed total is inconsistent with 60× the current bet, cancel and check denomination or another active mode before proceeding.

RTP configurations

Quickspin lists 96.06%, 94.18% and 87.07% total-return variants. They are separate mathematical deployments. The same frozen-palace artwork can accompany any one of them.

Open the information panel and record the exact RTP and Game ID. Do not publish 96.06% as the casino’s value unless the deployed version shows it.

All three listed variants carry a five-out-of-five volatility rating. That catalogue classification signals a high-variance design; it does not indicate the result of a purchased bonus or make a Snowpot due.

Keep RTP and volatility separate from the feature’s fixed Snowpot amounts. One describes long-run return, one describes distribution, and the others are possible award values.

Product-page maximum versus simulations

Quickspin’s public summary describes wins up to 10,000×. The game sheet reports largest outcomes of 10,151×, 10,150× and 10,140× in simulations near 100 million spins. Those statements are not identical.

Present the conflict with context rather than silently choosing the larger figure. A simulation observation can include the provider’s full settlement behaviour, while a marketing summary may round the headline. The active paytable and explicit maximum rule determine the deployed contract.

Do not tell users that 10,151× is guaranteed to be possible on every version. Record the live maximum if it is printed. If it is not, leave the exact contractual cap unconfirmed and retain both official statements as sourced evidence.

Simulation peaks are not frequency estimates. They cannot be turned into a claim that the award appears once in a certain number of spins.

Frozen Fortune audit worksheet

Begin with date, operator, Game ID, RTP, currency, stake and entry route. Record the three-or-more trigger Coins and their coordinates. Add their revealed 1×–5× values as the initial state.

For every bonus step, log lives before the drop, new symbols, lives after the drop and the full grid. Give each Coin, Snowflake and Crystal Ball its own row. For a Snowflake, add the revealed Snowpot; for a Ball, preserve eligible values before and after multiplication.

At expiry of the lives, sum the final eligible Coin and Snowpot values and convert them using the bet definition in the help. Compare that result with the server ledger credit.

This worksheet is specific to Crystal Queen’s Coins. Collectors, pots and maximum rules from Honeylock’s Pots or another frozen game should not be imported.

Mobile layout checks

On a narrow screen, verify that the life counter, all 15 grid positions and each multiplier remain readable. A value hidden by celebratory animation should still appear in round history.

Check that the bet and 60× purchase total remain visible on confirmation. The user should not need to infer the deduction from a button label.

For a dispute, save the round ID and structured event history. A screenshot of the final ice grid lacks the order needed to verify several Crystal Ball operations.

Source and New Zealand boundary

The supplier materials establish the game’s rules, RTP options, reference range and optional purchase. They do not establish New Zealand casino availability, NZD pricing, an operator’s licence or its withdrawal process.

Use the logged-in operator for market access and account terms. A public Quickspin page or demo is product evidence only. If the live version differs from the game sheet, date both checks and describe the difference instead of merging their numbers.

Base-round evidence before the bonus

Do not begin a review only after Frozen Fortune opens. The initiating paid round establishes the bet, denomination, trigger positions and any simultaneous line award. Save that state before the screen changes to the bonus grid.

If a Snowflake and Crystal Ball appear in the triggering result, record their base-game settlement separately from the Coins transferred into Frozen Fortune. This prevents the same Snowpot or multiplier from being counted again as a starting bonus value.

The balance change shown after the complete round may combine base and bonus awards. The detailed history should expose their components; if it does not, ask support for the server result attached to the round ID.

Reviewing several Crystal Balls

Multiple Ball events require chronological calculation. Label them CB1, CB2 and so on, and store the grid before each reveal. Note whether the live help applies each Ball to every current Coin and Snowpot or to another defined set.

After CB1 resolves, its post-effect grid becomes the input to CB2 only if the server history shows that sequence. Never multiply all Ball labels together merely because they are visible at feature end.

This record also distinguishes a Ball that landed as a new symbol—and reset lives—from a Ball animation that represents an effect already triggered. The displayed life counter is useful evidence.

Publishing checklist

The finished page should state the fixed 20 paylines, three-Coin entry, 1×–5× Coin values, four Snowpots, 2×–5× Crystal Balls, three-life reset and 60× purchase. Each numerical claim should point to the current Quickspin materials or live help.

It should also label the three RTPs as alternatives, keep the simulation results in context and avoid claiming local availability. These checks make the review complete without filling gaps with assumptions.

Finally, verify every internal link and image caption. The artwork is editorial illustration, not evidence of a casino lobby or a winning round. The official product page, game sheet and deployed help remain the factual sources for the mechanics described here.

Official sources

Bottom line: identify the Coin and Snowpot values first, then apply only the Crystal Ball multipliers documented for the current game state.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Quickspin, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
