Azticons Chaos Clusters — connect the twins after the avalanche
Two matching symbols with the same value and size can convert the space between them, but the check happens only after a win and its avalanche.
Supplier sources below. Operator eligibility needs a separate check.

Azticons Chaos Clusters by Quickspin is a cluster game built around irregular Chaos Clusters, avalanche chains and a Turning Twin conversion. Quickspin lists a 25,000× maximum and three RTP models: 87%, 94% and 96%.
Turning Twin sequence
After a win and Avalanche, the game checks for two horizontally aligned symbols with the same value and size. If a matching pair exists, symbols between the twins may convert fully or partly into the Twin symbol.
The order matters: identify the paying cluster, allow the avalanche to finish, locate equal twins, then record the conversion. Do not infer a conversion from colour alone; value, size and horizontal alignment all matter.
Free Spins and multiplier
Four Scatters award seven Free Spins. Every additional Scatter on the trigger adds three. During Free Spins, each win increases a progressive multiplier by one.
Four Scatters during the bonus retrigger three spins, with one additional spin for every extra Scatter. The published buy price is 150× the bet for instant feature entry where the control is available.
Evidence and mobile checks
The three RTP values are alternative configurations. Record the live Game ID and active percentage. On mobile, symbol size, horizontal alignment, conversion and multiplier should remain distinguishable.
A provider page does not prove New Zealand casino availability or an NZD stake range. The 25,000× figure is a model maximum, not a promised result.
How Chaos Clusters changes the board reading
Azticons is not best read as a conventional left-to-right payline slot. The official description identifies it as a cluster game and says Chaos Clusters is a new format designed to permit more winning combinations and longer chains. That means the important evidence is the shape and membership of each evaluated group, not an assumed line running across consecutive reels.
Start a round record with the settled grid before removal. Mark every cell that belongs to the credited cluster and keep symbols of the same artwork separate when their displayed size or value differs. Once the game removes a win, capture the board after the Avalanche. New symbols can create another cluster without a new paid wager, so the event history should remain under the same round ID until the chain ends.
The phrase “longer win chains” describes the mechanic’s capacity, not a forecast for an individual spin. A chain can stop immediately. The published 25,000× ceiling is likewise a mathematical maximum, not a typical return or an amount a player should expect to see. A useful review explains the chain grammar while leaving frequency claims to the certified help file actually loaded by the operator.
A precise Turning Twin audit
Turning Twin is checked after a win and Avalanche. The provider says the candidates must share value and size and be horizontally aligned. If two twins are found, symbols between their connection may convert fully or partially into the Twin symbol. Each qualifier matters.
“After” prevents a reviewer from crediting a conversion visible before the avalanche as a new Turning Twin event. “Horizontally aligned” rules out diagonal pairs. “Same value and size” means similar colour or character art alone is not enough. “Might fully or partially convert” means the conversion is conditional rather than a promise that every intervening cell changes.
For a clean reconstruction, label the left twin T1 and the right twin T2. Record their row positions, footprints and values on the post-avalanche board. Draw the horizontal connection, then list the cells between them. On the next state, mark which of those cells converted and which did not. If another win follows, treat it as the next stage of the same cascade, not as evidence that all intervening cells were guaranteed to change.
Large symbols make this especially important. A symbol occupying multiple cells can visually overlap a row while its evaluated anchor or footprint differs from a small icon. The live game help and history should determine how the deployed build describes size and cluster membership. The editorial artwork on this page illustrates the idea but cannot substitute for that record.
Free Spins trigger arithmetic
The base trigger begins at four Scatters. Four award seven Free Spins, and each additional Scatter in that triggering spin adds three. That produces a simple trigger table: four Scatters correspond to seven spins; five correspond to ten; six correspond to thirteen, if the deployed grid and rules permit those counts. The calculation should be tied to the actual scatter total shown in history rather than inferred from the final counter alone.
During the feature, the progressive multiplier increases by one with each win. “Each win” should be read from the game engine’s win events. It does not mean each symbol, each cell removed or every avalanche automatically adds one unless the help file records a win for that stage. Record the multiplier before the evaluation, the credited win and the multiplier displayed for the next eligible evaluation.
Retriggers use a different increment. Four Scatters during Free Spins add three spins, and each extra Scatter adds one additional spin. A five-Scatter retrigger therefore adds four rather than repeating the base-trigger rule of adding three per extra Scatter. Keeping base entry and retrigger arithmetic in separate rows prevents a common review error.
The remaining-spins counter can move in two directions in one event: one spin is consumed, then extra spins are awarded. Preserve the counter before the spin, after consumption and after the retrigger credit. A single after-state screenshot can hide the award when the displayed number happens to equal the prior count.
Progressive multiplier ledger
Use a compact feature ledger with columns for spin number, starting multiplier, cluster result, avalanche stages, multiplier movement, Scatters and ending spins. This makes it possible to test whether the displayed multiplier advanced after each recorded win and whether the next calculation used the expected value.
Do not apply the final multiplier retrospectively to earlier wins. A progressive multiplier normally changes through the sequence; the authoritative amount is the one the server applies to each event. If history shows only a total, keep the calculation as unresolved rather than reverse-engineering a neat progression that may not match the implementation.
If a single free spin contains several avalanche wins, the wording “with each win” makes the distinction between spin count and win-event count material. Capture the detailed event history where available. If the interface exposes only the starting and ending multiplier, report the observed movement without claiming how many internal increments occurred.
Bonus Buy: what the 150× figure does and does not show
Quickspin publishes a Bonus Buy price of 150 times the selected bet for instant entry to Free Spins. The price is a purchase cost, not an extra prize multiplier. For a displayed stake unit B, the shown feature cost should equal 150 × B before confirmation. A reviewer should compare the selected stake, quoted cost and ledger debit.
Availability is a separate question. A provider can document a control that is disabled by an operator or restricted in a market. This source does not establish that Bonus Buy is offered to New Zealand users. The live interface, operator terms and location eligibility must all agree before describing it as usable.
Buying entry does not change the need to verify the active RTP model. Record the percentage shown in game help before purchase, save the confirmation screen and keep the resulting round ID. Never treat 150× as a shortcut to the 25,000× model maximum; cost and maximum possible outcome are unrelated measures.
RTP version control
The provider lists 87%, 94% and 96% configurations. Those values are alternatives, not numbers to average. A page saying the game “has 96% RTP” without checking the live build could therefore misstate the deployed version. The correct workflow is to open the game help, locate RTP or theoretical return, capture the Game ID or version and record the date.
RTP is a long-run model parameter, not a session guarantee. It does not tell a player how many Turning Twin events will occur tonight or how long a Free Spins chain will last. The gap between 87 and 96 percentage points is material for comparison, but neither percentage predicts the next outcome.
If the live help does not expose a readable percentage, write “not displayed in the checked interface” rather than selecting the highest provider option. If an operator page conflicts with in-game help, the game client and its version identifier are the stronger evidence for the session actually offered; preserve both records and describe the discrepancy.
Mobile and accessibility review
On a small screen, inspect whether the cluster boundary remains legible after the grid is scaled. Turning Twin depends on matching size and horizontal alignment, so a reviewer should be able to distinguish a large symbol’s footprint and see which intervening cells convert. Animation speed must not be the only carrier of that information; history or a persistent result state should allow the event to be checked.
Test portrait and landscape modes, the rules panel, stake control, sound toggle and history return path. Ensure the feature counter and progressive multiplier are not hidden behind browser chrome or a floating operator control. If reduced-motion preferences are respected, confirm that the replacement transition still communicates avalanche removal and conversion order.
Touch targets should not overlap the paid-spin or Bonus Buy confirmation. A feature purchase requires a separate, clearly priced confirmation. Check that returning from help does not alter the selected stake and that an interrupted connection does not invite a second input before the prior round status is known.
Round-history worksheet
For an ordinary cascade, capture the initial board, credited cluster, post-removal board, avalanche result, twin candidates, conversion result and final round total. For Free Spins, add trigger Scatter count, starting allocation, progressive multiplier and retrigger changes. For a purchase, add the 150× quote and debit.
Use one row per evaluated win rather than one row per animation. This keeps visual effects from inflating the count. Where the server history groups multiple events, preserve its grouping and attach screenshots in sequence. The round total must reconcile with the sum of recorded credits and the account balance movement.
A practical anomaly test asks: did a conversion occur without a preceding win and avalanche; were the two candidates genuinely equal in value and size; was their alignment horizontal; did the multiplier advance according to a recorded win; did a retrigger use the feature rule rather than the base rule? Each question maps directly to a published mechanic.
What is confirmed and what remains operator-specific
The Quickspin page confirms the Chaos Clusters concept, Turning Twin condition, Free Spins trigger, progressive multiplier, retrigger schedule, 150× buy, three RTP models and maximum up to 25,000× bet. It also identifies Quickspin as the developer source for this title.
The page does not confirm a New Zealand operator, NZD stakes, minimum or maximum bet, local promotional treatment, game version at a named casino or whether the buy control is enabled there. It does not publish a feature-hit frequency on the accessible page. Those items should stay absent or explicitly unconfirmed until a primary record supplies them.
This separation keeps the review useful without turning provider-wide documentation into a claim about a particular cashier or jurisdiction. A reader can understand the game and know exactly what still needs to be checked in a live deployment.
Distinguishing a cluster from a conversion
The most useful diagnostic split is between an evaluated cluster and a board edit. The first is a winning group recognised by the game; the second is a Turning Twin conversion that may help form the next group. A conversion is not automatically a paid event. History must show a new evaluated win before it is added to the round subtotal.
Create two overlays for every post-avalanche state. Overlay A marks the horizontal twins and the cells eligible for conversion. Overlay B marks the cluster subsequently credited by the server. Comparing them shows whether the conversion merely changed the board or actually contributed to another win. It also prevents every altered cell from being counted as a separate award.
When a large Twin symbol is involved, record its entire footprint. A partial conversion can affect only part of the connection between two symbols, so a reviewer should not redraw the result as a single uninterrupted block unless the final state shows one. Use the final stable board, not a mid-animation glow.
If two possible twin pairs appear on the same row, retain the engine’s event order. One conversion can change the candidates available to the next check. The provider page does not publish a priority algorithm for overlapping pairs, so the server history is authoritative for that round.
Session-close reconciliation
At session end, group records by paid round ID. For each round list the original stake once, every cluster credit, every avalanche, each Turning Twin board change and the final server total. Free Spins should remain linked to their trigger round even when the interface gives the feature its own display sequence.
Check that the sum of server credits equals the account-ledger movement. Do not use the 25,000× model ceiling as a plausibility shortcut; ordinary results can occupy any permitted part of the distribution. The purpose of reconciliation is to detect missing stages or duplicated credits, not to judge whether a result “looks likely”.
For a purchased feature, separate the 150× debit from feature credits. Record net session movement only after both sides are present. For natural entry, confirm there is no second debit when Free Spins begin. Keep promotional wallet funds separate if the operator ledger distinguishes them.
Finally, store the source page date, live help screenshot and Game ID beside the ledger. If the operator later changes RTP configuration, the older record can still be interpreted using the version actually played.
For Free Spins, add the starting and ending progressive multiplier to the same close-out record. Reconcile every retrigger separately: four Scatters add three spins, while additional Scatters add one each. This final check distinguishes a multiplier movement from a spin-counter movement and prevents two different feature events from being merged into one unexplained total. If the detailed history is unavailable, retain the visible counters and mark the intermediate calculation as unverified rather than reconstructing it from the final win.
Keep the original, unedited captures with that worksheet so every annotation can be checked against the source state.
Warp Wreckers uses another cluster system with Power Glyphs and a feature stack. The Quickspin guide explains version checks.

Bottom line: keep the win, avalanche, twin check and conversion as four separate stages.
How to verify the version you can actually open
A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.
Start with identity, then configuration
Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Quickspin, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.
When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.
Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration
Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.
Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.
Keep simulation figures in their proper scope
A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.
Audit a disputed round
If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.
Read the paytable as a calculation document
The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.
Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.
Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round
Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.
Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.
Confirm market and device behaviour independently
A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.
On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.
Keep a compact evidence record
For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.
Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.
Use limits that survive the feature design
Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.
No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.
Primary source and correction path
This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
