Wild Coaster is PG Soft catalogue ID 132. The checked source is English version 1.0 r4, updated 8 July 2025. Its field combines six main reels with extra top and bottom positions above reels two through five, producing between 4,096 and 20,736 ways as oversized symbols alter the layout.

PG Soft documents 96.71% RTP, high volatility and a 32.07% overall hit rate. The advertised maximum is 50,000x, while maximum exposure found in the stated one-billion-spin simulation is 16,465x. Both figures belong in the review, under their original labels.

Changing ways and oversized symbols

Some symbols occupy two or three spaces but count as one symbol in payout calculations. Their height changes how many positions are present, which is why the ways count ranges from 4,096 to 20,736.

Do not describe every tall symbol as multiple independent matches. The paytable explicitly treats an oversized symbol as a single symbol. A round record should include the field shape, occupied spaces, ways displayed and winning connection before the symbols collapse.

Wild substitutes for ordinary symbols but not Scatter. Its documented landing positions are the extra top and bottom reels attached to columns two through five.

Multiplier rises one step after a win

A paid spin begins at 1x. After any winning round is settled and replacements cascade, the multiplier increases by one for the next round in that same spin.

This is additive growth: 1x, 2x, 3x and so forth. It is not doubling. The r4 summary does not state a universal main-game endpoint, so the live counter and maximum-win rule should be treated as the deployed evidence.

The multiplier resets for a new paid spin. A screenshot showing a larger factor without earlier collapse rounds cannot prove how it was reached.

Expanding Wild stacks are consumed from the top

A Wild on an extra reel begins with a stack of three Wild symbols. If a stack containing two or three Wilds participates in a win, the top Wild destroys itself in the next round. The stack therefore acts as a limited resource across collapses.

If top and bottom Wild stacks occupy the same column, all non-Scatter symbols in that column transform into Wilds. The converted column remains until either the top or bottom stack is completely used.

The word “either” matters: persistence ends according to the stack state, not at an arbitrary collapse count. Record top stack height, bottom stack height, converted column, win participation and the height remaining after every round.

Free Spins preserve unused Wilds

Four Scatters anywhere trigger ten free spins. Each additional trigger Scatter adds two, and retriggering is allowed.

The feature starts at a 1x multiplier. After each winning free-spin round, the multiplier increases by one after payment and the cascade. Unused Wilds stay on the reels until the feature ends or until they take part in a win.

This persistence makes feature history more important than the final total. Log free-spin number, multiplier, Wild stacks before the field, stacks used, columns converted, award and remaining spins.

Feature Buy is documented without a fixed price

Version r4 includes a purchase menu and directs the player to the price displayed there. The written rule does not provide a universal multiple.

Confirming that reference menu exists is not the same as proving it is enabled locally. Capture cost, currency, stake, RTP and feature wording from the authenticated client before making a comparison.

Maximum and model interpretation

The advertised 50,000x and simulated 16,465x must remain separate. The simulation figure is the highest exposure reported from the stated test; it is not a replacement cap. The advertised number is not claimed as observed in that simulation.

RTP of 96.71% is theoretical over a very large sample. High volatility and a 32.07% hit rate do not imply frequent profitable spins. Small paying events can be counted in the hit rate.

Stakes and mobile verification

PG Soft lists EUR €0.20 to €100 as default reference limits. They do not confirm NZD stakes. The live bet control, currency and account terms are the correct deployment evidence.

Supported platforms are iOS, Android, HTML5, macOS and Windows. The 1080-by-2340 portrait reference should keep the main field, extra reels and multiplier legible. Disable Turbo when checking which Wild in a stack was consumed.

Demo and territorial scope

No Wild Coaster demo is embedded here. The two commercial CTAs are sponsored routes, not promises that the title loads after sign-in.

The PG Soft catalogue confirms the game and rules. It does not prove New Zealand access, 22Bet availability, Feature Buy permission or NZD limits.

Player-fit assessment

Worked Wild-stack audit

Start with one top Wild stack above reel three and one bottom stack below the same column. Record three visible Wild units in each stack before the first settlement. Because the two stacks align, the non-Scatter symbols between them should convert to Wilds. Save the converted column before any paying symbols are removed.

If the top stack participates in a win, compare its height after the next cascade. With two or three units present, the uppermost unit should be consumed. The bottom stack should be tracked independently: visual alignment does not mean both lose a unit from every win. The full-column conversion persists only while the documented stack condition remains satisfied.

For a Free Spins audit, add the free-spin number, opening multiplier, stack coordinates and whether each Wild was used. A non-winning field should not increase the multiplier. A winning field pays at the current factor; only after settlement does the factor rise by one for a possible next collapse. Unused Wilds should remain available into later free spins until they contribute to a win or the feature ends.

Changing ways deserve their own entry. Note whether a tall symbol occupies two or three spaces and copy the ways number shown by the client. Do not count its cells as separate symbols. This prevents the apparent field height from being confused with the number of payout symbols.

Keep screenshots in chronological order with the round ID, stake, currency and Help version. The purpose is to reproduce one settlement path, not to estimate how frequently aligned stacks or retriggers occur. Short observation cannot validate RTP or the probability of the 50,000x designed ceiling.

When a Scatter occupies a converted column, mark it separately because the rule excludes Scatter from Wild transformation. That exception helps identify whether the column conversion was rendered correctly. It also prevents a full Wild column from being misread as evidence that every occupied position, regardless of symbol class, must change.

Wild Coaster may suit readers who enjoy tracking spatial state. The extra-reel stacks create a concrete audit question: which stack was used, how many Wilds remain and whether a full column stayed converted.

It may not suit players who dislike high volatility or who find changing ways difficult to follow. A rising multiplier cannot create a win on its own. Establish time and money limits before play; see the responsible gambling guide.

Build-check checklist

Confirm ID 132, r4, six-by-four core, extra reels over columns two to five, 4,096-20,736 ways, oversized-symbol counting, 1x additive multiplier, three-Wild stacks, paired-column conversion, ten-spin trigger, retriggers, persistence of unused Wilds, Feature Buy price, 96.71% RTP and both maximum labels.

FAQ

What RTP is documented?

Version r4 states 96.71%.

Why does the ways count change?

Oversized symbols occupy two or three spaces, changing the visible reel configuration while counting as one symbol.

How does the multiplier grow?

It increases by one after a winning collapse.

What triggers Free Spins?

Four Scatters award ten spins; each additional trigger Scatter adds two.

Are 50,000x and 16,465x contradictory?

No. The first is advertised; the second is the highest exposure in the stated billion-spin simulation.

Is the game confirmed for New Zealand?

No. Operator access must be checked separately.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify PG Soft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
