Reading the 576-way layout

Ways wins are evaluated across adjacent reels from the left rather than against a set of drawn paylines. The three taller centre reels offer four positions each, while the two outer reels have three. A win removes its symbols and allows replacements to collapse into the empty positions.

Each new winning grid is another round of the same paid spin. Number rounds from one because both the multiplier and Treasure Egg behaviour depend on how far the sequence progresses. A final total without the round count is insufficient evidence of the applied factor.

Wild substitutes for paying symbols except Scatter. The paytable must still determine the base award before any round multiplier is applied.

Main-game multiplier ladder

The first round has no enhanced factor stated by the ladder. A win in round two is multiplied by 2×, round three by 3×, round four by 5×, round five by 8×, round six by 10×, and round seven or later by 15×.

The multiplier is selected by the current cascade round; it is not a bank that adds 2 + 3 + 5. For example, if a sequence reaches round five, that round’s win receives 8×. Earlier settled rounds retain their own factors and are not recalculated at 8×.

Log the underlying award and round factor for every cascade. This reveals whether a displayed total is the sum of separately multiplied rounds rather than one base amount multiplied by the last factor.

Treasure Egg thresholds in the main game

Colour determines when an Egg converts to Wild. Red Treasure Eggs transform from the third round onwards, Green from the fifth, and Blue from the seventh. The condition is the round threshold, not merely the presence of that colour.

A Blue Egg arriving on round four is therefore not yet entitled to transform under the checked main-game rule. A Red Egg on round three can. Preserve the grid before and after the collapse so the round number, colour and resulting Wild are visible together.

This order creates a useful tension: later cascades carry larger multipliers and unlock more colours, but no displayed Egg guarantees another winning round. The sequence ends as soon as a round produces no win.

Free Spins use a faster schedule

Three Scatters anywhere trigger 10 free spins; each additional Scatter adds two. The feature can retrigger. Its progression is deliberately faster than the main game.

In Free Spins, round two wins receive 3× and all Red Eggs transform from round two onwards. Round three wins receive 8× and Green Eggs transform from round three. Round four and every later round receive 15×, while Blue Eggs transform from round four.

Do not carry the main-game schedule into the feature. The correct comparison is:

Stage Main game Free Spins
Red threshold Round 3 Round 2
Green threshold Round 5 Round 3
Blue threshold Round 7 Round 4
Highest factor begins Round 7 Round 4

This table is the fastest way to test whether a third-party summary has mixed the two modes.

One further check is the factor shown before the new symbols settle. A second-round Free Spins win should display the accelerated 3× state, whereas a second-round main-game win uses 2×. Capturing that header alongside the grid gives stronger evidence than relying on the colour of a transforming Egg after the round has finished.

Worked cascade example

Suppose a Free Spin wins on its opening grid, collapses into a second-round win with a Red Egg, then reaches a third round containing Green. Settle the opening award normally. Apply 3× to the second-round base award and transform the eligible Red Egg. Apply 8× to the third-round base award and transform the Green Egg if it meets the rule.

If that Wild helps produce a fourth-round win, the factor becomes 15× and any Blue Eggs at the threshold can transform. Add the four settled round awards at the end; do not apply 15× retrospectively to the whole spin.

An evidence ledger should contain spin number, cascade round, Egg colours, transformed positions, base award, factor and settled award. It is more reliable than a screenshot showing only a large final number.

Maximum, stakes and Feature Buy

The maximum win is 2,500× the bet. Reaching it ends the spin or feature under the cap rule. It is not an additional prize and the official document does not say that it occurs at a predictable frequency.

PG Soft lists bet sizes 0.01, 0.1 and 0.5 with ten bet levels. The resulting default range is €0.20–€100. These EUR values describe the supplier example and must not be converted into claimed New Zealand limits. Read the actual total stake and currency from the loaded client.

Version r3 describes a Feature Buy menu, but a menu in the reference rules does not establish local availability or a universal cost. If enabled, record the quoted price, selected stake, currency and disclosed RTP before confirming.

Mobile controls and replay evidence

Supported platforms in the file are iOS, Android, HTML5, macOS and Windows. PG Soft gives 1080×2340 as its portrait display reference. On a small screen, confirm that Egg colours also have recognisable shapes or labels, the current factor is legible and the total stake is not hidden by the feature controls.

After a disconnect, use history rather than the resumed animation as the primary settlement record. Match the round ID, stake, trigger, cascade count, Egg transformations, factors and final amount. A replay may start after one of those changes has already been applied.

Demo and territorial limits

The provider may expose a preview through its own catalogue. Neither sponsored link on this page is labelled as a Tsar Treasures demo. The global listing also does not verify access at 22Bet or in New Zealand.

Confirm the authenticated lobby, local terms and in-game Help independently. If another RTP or version appears, document that deployment with a date instead of presenting the r3 value as universal.

Who may prefer Tsar Treasures

This format may suit readers who enjoy visible cascade milestones and can follow a compact round ledger. It may be less suitable for someone who wants fixed paylines, one-stage results or no feature-purchase control. Medium volatility is still gambling risk, not a promise of smooth returns.

Choose a session budget before opening a paid version. Do not extend it because a late-round Egg appeared; an unlocked transformation changes the current sequence but cannot make the next cascade certain.

Paytable audit

Before wagering, save the Help header, uneven grid, 576-way definition, Wild and Scatter rules, full multiplier schedule and both Egg threshold sets. Then record the RTP, cap and active currency.

For a disputed spin, calculate the ordinary ways award first. Apply only the factor associated with that round, then process eligible Egg transformations and the collapse. Repeat until no win remains. This order prevents a future-round Wild from being used in an earlier award.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify PG Soft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
