Skylight Wonders is PG Soft catalogue ID 2012025, code skylight-wonder. The English rules document is version 1.0 r4, updated 29 September 2025. It uses a 5×5 collapsing grid with three fixed reel frames that can convert a winning symbol into a Wild on the next round.

The reference profile states 96.74% RTP, medium volatility and a 5,000× maximum win. Those values identify the supplier build, but they do not establish New Zealand availability, NZD stakes, operator deployment or permission to use the optional feature purchase.

The supported-platform list covers iOS, Android, HTML5, macOS and Windows. PG Soft’s portrait reference is 1080×2340. A supported platform is not evidence that every operator, browser or regional account exposes the same controls.

Cluster formation and collapses

A win requires at least four matching symbols connected through horizontal or vertical edges. Diagonal contact alone does not form a cluster. Winning symbols are paid and removed, then symbols above them fall into the empty positions for another evaluation within the same paid spin.

The sequence continues until no new cluster remains. History should group the first board and all cascades under one round. Treating each collapse as a new wager would overstate both stake and hit frequency.

The Wild substitutes for ordinary paying symbols but not the Free Spin symbol. Cash values in the paytable scale with stake, so the durable evidence is the symbol count and multiplier path rather than a copied cash screenshot.

The three reel frames

The frames occupy precise cells: the second row of column three and the fourth row of columns two and four. If a symbol in one of those cells participates in a win, that winning symbol becomes a Wild in the next round.

The transformation is conditional on participation in a winning combination. A symbol merely landing inside a frame is not enough. Likewise, a winning symbol outside the three cells does not inherit the frame effect.

To audit the rule, draw the 5×5 board, circle the three frame cells and mark which circled symbols contributed to the paid cluster. On the next cascade, check that each qualifying framed symbol changed to Wild before evaluating new wins.

Increasing main-game multiplier

Every paid main-game spin begins at 1×. When a round contains one or more winning combinations, the game pays them, collapses the grid and raises the multiplier by one for the next round of that same spin.

The increase is attached to a successful cascade, not to each individual cluster. Several clusters paid on the same board do not automatically create several steps unless the live history explicitly separates them into additional rounds.

When the chain ends, the next paid spin returns to 1×. Record the displayed factor on every cascade instead of assuming the multiplier persists between paid spins.

Free Spins entry and retriggers

Three Free Spin symbols award 10 spins, four award 15 and five or more award 20. The feature starts at 2× rather than 1×. After any winning free-spin round, the multiplier rises by two for the next cascade.

Three or more Free Spin symbols during the feature add five spins. That is a retrigger rule, distinct from the original 10/15/20 award schedule. A retrigger screenshot should show both the triggering symbols and updated remaining-spin counter.

The multiplier escalation makes round order important. A 10× result late in a chain does not prove the feature began at 10×, and the displayed multiplier does not guarantee a win on the next board.

Worked frame-and-multiplier example

Suppose a paid spin starts at 1× and four matching symbols form a cluster, including the framed cell at row two, column three. The cluster is paid at the current factor, removed and the multiplier becomes 2×. On the next board, the qualifying framed symbol is represented by a Wild.

If that new board creates another cluster, it is settled at 2× and the following cascade moves to 3×. If no cluster forms, the spin closes and the next paid spin begins again at 1×.

During Free Spins the same sequence begins at 2× and advances in two-step increments. This example explains state changes only; it is not an estimate of probability or a staking method.

Cap, volatility and hit rate

The maximum win is 5,000× the bet. Reaching it ends the main spin or Free Spins sequence. A rising multiplier is therefore bounded by the total cap even if more cascades appear visually possible.

PG Soft labels the profile medium volatility. Its 26.60% overall hit rate is divided into 26.10% main game and 0.49% Free Spins in the supplier simulation. These values describe a large sample, not a schedule for a personal session.

The document’s Big, Mega and Super Mega frequencies are interface statistics, not fixed jackpots. They cannot be converted into a promise about the next cluster or balloon-frame transformation.

Optional Feature Buy

The PDF documents a menu that can purchase the Free Spins Feature at the displayed price. It does not establish that this control is enabled by a New Zealand-facing operator or permitted for every account.

If the button is present, record price, stake, disclosed RTP and awarded spins before selection. Do not call an operator route a demo and do not infer that paying for the feature changes the 5,000× cap.

Responsible limits should be set in cash before opening the purchase menu. A feature result below its cost is an ordinary possible outcome and does not make recovery more likely on another purchase.

Phone and interruption testing

On a narrow screen, verify that all three frames remain visually distinct from ordinary cells and that the multiplier does not cover the 5×5 grid. The Free Spins counter, total wager and wallet balance should be readable before input.

Switch away during a collapse, then return. The frame transformation, current multiplier and round history should reconcile with server records. If animations restart, keep the final history and balance as settlement evidence.

Accessibility matters because colour alone may be insufficient. Look for borders, motion or labels that distinguish the frame and Wild state. Report a transformation that cannot be identified without relying solely on hue.

What is not confirmed

The studio material does not prove NZ access, NZD denomination, appearance at 22Bet, contribution to an operator bonus or availability of Feature Buy. These are authenticated-account facts.

Match title, ID, code, r4 revision and live RTP. If the account exposes another number, save the help screen and territory details rather than forcing the global 96.74% value onto that deployment.

Version and correction triggers

Review this article if the catalogue ID changes, a PDF later than r4 appears, frame cells move, the cluster threshold changes or the maximum differs from 5,000×. A seasonal visual reskin alone is not mathematical evidence.

Corrections should identify the operator and version responsible for a difference. This keeps product rules separate from local configuration and makes later comparisons reproducible.

A frame-state worksheet

Use five columns and five rows, then shade only the three documented frame cells. For each round, write the symbol occupying each frame and add a tick if it participated in a paid cluster. On the next line, record whether that cell became Wild.

Keep a separate multiplier column. The base game advances by one after a winning round, whereas Free Spins advance by two. Combining those fields in one table helps reveal whether a disputed transformation happened on the expected cascade and at the expected factor.

Do not fill a missing screenshot with an assumption. If a rapid animation hides the transition, use the round history and final payout, then label the visual state unavailable. That is more reliable than reconstructing a frame from memory.

Final assessment

Skylight Wonders links its visual identity directly to a testable rule: three fixed cells can carry winning symbols into the next cascade as Wilds. The main and bonus multipliers then advance at different rates.

Primary evidence is strong for grid, frame locations, trigger schedule, reference RTP and cap. Territory, local stakes and optional controls remain live checks.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify PG Soft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
