Pinata Wins is PG Soft catalogue ID 1492288. The checked English rules file is version 1.0 r4, updated 13 August 2026. It describes five reels, three rows, 20 lines and collapsing symbols, with special Gold Framed positions on the three middle reels.

The current provider material states 96.76% RTP, medium volatility and a 5,000× maximum. Those are reference-build facts, not confirmation that the game or the same settings are available through a New Zealand account.

The PDF allocates 68.46 percentage points of RTP to the main game and 28.29 to the bonus feature. That split helps identify the documented build; it does not assign an expected return to a short session.

Lines, collapses and ordinary Wilds

Wins follow the 20-line paytable. After a winning round, the winning symbols are removed and new symbols collapse into place, creating a possible next round within the same paid spin. Each round should be recorded separately because a Gold Framed symbol can change only after participating in a win.

Wild substitutes for paying symbols except Scatter. The ordinary Wild and the gold-frame mechanic are related but not identical: a frame can transform an eligible symbol into a Wild after a qualifying win, while a framed multiplier can instead contribute a numerical value.

Gold Framed transformations

Gold Framed symbols appear only on reels two, three and four. Wild and Scatter cannot receive the documented frame. When a framed ordinary symbol participates in a win, it transforms into a Wild for the new round after the collapse.

Do not count every visible frame as an instant Wild. The symbol must belong to the previous round’s winning combination. A frame on a losing line remains evidence of potential, not a completed transformation. For an audit, capture the grid before evaluation and the next grid after the collapse.

How multiplier collection works

Some Gold Framed symbols carry a value from 2× to 100×. A value is collected when its framed symbol participates in a win. At the end of the paid spin, the total underlying win is multiplied by the sum of the collected values.

Suppose a collapse sequence collects 3× and later 10× while producing an underlying total of four stake units. The documented reading is a collected total of 13× and a final calculation of 4 × 13. It is not 4 × 3 × 10. A visible framed 20× symbol that never joined a win is excluded.

Record each round, qualifying framed position, collected value and pre-multiplier win. This avoids confusing a frame that transforms to Wild with a frame that contributes a value.

Free Spins retain collected values

Three Scatters anywhere award 15 free spins, and every additional Scatter adds two. Free Spins can retrigger. Values collected during the feature are added to a bank at the top of the reels and remain until the feature ends.

At the end of a free spin, a multiplier is applied when one or more values were collected during that spin. The rules also retain previously collected values in the visible feature bank. Preserve the bank before and after each collapse sequence so an inherited total is not mistaken for a newly revealed number.

The r4 PDF documents a Feature Buy menu but does not establish one worldwide price. Price, currency, active RTP and territorial availability belong to the loaded client and must be checked before purchase.

Worked frame ledger

Consider an opening grid with framed symbols on reels two and four. The reel-two symbol helps form a line win, while the reel-four symbol does not. After the first collapse, only the reel-two position transforms or contributes its stated value. If a new framed symbol then joins a second win, record it on a new line rather than rewriting the first event.

The ledger should contain: round number, winning payline, underlying award, framed position, frame type, collected factor and running total. A final screenshot alone may show 18× at the top without explaining whether it came from 8× + 10×, 3× + 15× or another combination. The event sequence is therefore more useful than the headline total.

If the total win reaches 5,000×, the round ends under the cap rule. The maximum is not an extra multiplier and is not added to the framed values. It is also not evidence that the outcome is common.

Stakes, mobile and history

The reference document lists bet sizes 0.01, 0.1 and 0.5 across ten levels, giving default EUR stakes from €0.20 to €100. An NZ-facing operator may use another currency or range, so the actual total stake shown beside Spin is the relevant local evidence.

PG Soft lists iOS, Android, HTML5, macOS and Windows, with 1080×2340 as its portrait reference. On a phone, verify that frames, values, remaining spins, bank, total stake and history remain readable without relying on colour alone.

After a disconnection, open game history before starting another round. Match round ID, stake, pre-multiplier award, collected values and final settlement. A resumed animation can begin after a collapse has already been evaluated.

Demo and New Zealand boundary

PG Soft may expose a preview through its own catalogue. The two sponsored links on this page are not labelled as a Pinata Wins demo. Supplier listing does not prove access through 22Bet or any New Zealand-facing operator.

Verify authenticated lobby access, local terms and the in-game Help screen. If any of those differ from r4, preserve both dated sources and describe the loaded deployment rather than replacing the supplier record silently.

Who may prefer this mechanism

Pinata Wins may suit readers who enjoy short collapse chains and can track framed state. It may not suit someone who wants fixed one-stage spins, low volatility or a multiplier that applies as soon as it appears. The colourful presentation does not reduce the financial risk.

Paytable review without confusing frames and symbols

Open the paytable before the first spin and save the 20 line patterns, ordinary symbol awards, Wild substitution rule and Scatter condition. A Gold Frame is a state applied to an eligible symbol rather than a separate ordinary paytable icon. The symbol still needs to participate in a winning line before the documented transformation or multiplier collection occurs.

When checking a result, first settle the line award using the underlying symbol. Next record the collapse. Only then identify whether a winning frame became Wild or contributed its numerical value. This order prevents the multiplier from being applied to a line that never qualified and stops an ordinary framed symbol from being counted as both its paytable value and a separate bonus award.

If the interface summarises only the final multiplied total, use round history to recover the underlying win. A useful evidence pack includes the Help header, line diagram, frame rule, multiplier rule, triggering board, post-collapse board and settlement. The page can then be corrected if a later version changes which reels accept frames or how collected values persist.

Evidence checklist

  1. Match title and catalogue ID 1492288.
  2. Confirm version 1.0 r4 and 96.76% in Help.
  3. Record total stake and currency.
  4. Mark Gold Frames only on reels two to four.
  5. Separate Wild transformations from collected values.
  6. Add collected multipliers; do not multiply them together.
  7. During Free Spins, retain before-and-after bank totals.
  8. Save round ID and final server settlement.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify PG Soft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
