Oishi Delights rules, wind chimes and 1,024× multiplier
A source-led guide to the three-space symbols, doubling multiplier, free-spin starting value, 32,768-way paytable and limits documented by PG Soft.
Supplier sources below. Operator eligibility needs a separate check.

Oishi Delights is PG Soft catalogue ID 1815268, code oishi-delights. The checked English rules file is version 1.0 r2, updated 8 July 2025. It describes a five-reel, eight-row collapsing game in which selected symbols can occupy three vertical spaces and carry wind chimes that build a win multiplier.
The current catalogue and PDF agree on 96.75% RTP, high volatility and a 10,000× maximum. Those are supplier-reference values, not evidence of New Zealand deployment, NZD stakes or the configuration at a sponsored destination.

The RTP split is 63.98 percentage points for the main game and 32.77 for Free Spins. This is a mathematical allocation, not the share of rounds that will trigger the feature. The file also lists a 24.76% main-game hit rate; neither hit rate predicts what a short session will contain.
How the 32,768 ways work
Winning symbols are assessed through adjacent reels rather than fixed drawn lines. The unusually tall eight-row display increases the visible symbol positions, but a three-space symbol is treated as one symbol for payout calculations. That distinction matters when counting a combination or reconstructing a result from a screenshot.
Wild substitutes for every paying symbol except Scatter and appears only on reels two, three and four. A central Wild cannot create an award unless the rest of the combination satisfies the way rules. The correct evidence is the stopped grid plus the paytable, not a visual guess based on how much of the screen one symbol occupies.
A practical grid record
Number reels left to right and rows top to bottom. Mark a tall symbol by its anchor position and note that it spans three spaces. Then record which adjacent reels contain the matching paying symbol. This avoids counting the same oversized tile three times. Save the displayed stake, credited win and round identifier beside the grid; those four items are more useful than a cropped celebration animation.
Wind-chime multiplier, step by step
During any spin, some non-Wild, non-Scatter symbols carrying a wind chime may appear on reels two, three or four. Each occupies three symbol spaces. A chime only affects the multiplier when that symbol participates in a win.
After the winning amount is established, the first qualifying chime activates 2×. Every additional qualifying chime doubles the running value: 4×, 8×, 16× and onward, up to 1,024×. “Additional” refers to another chime symbol involved in the relevant win; it does not mean every cascade automatically doubles the factor.
For a replay, list the qualifying chimes in order and build a simple chain. If four participate, the sequence is 2× → 4× → 8× → 16×. Do not add them together, and do not apply chimes that appear but do not form part of the paid combination. The displayed total should then be compared with history after the cascade sequence has fully settled.
Free Spins change the starting point
Three Scatters anywhere trigger ten free spins. Each additional Scatter on the trigger awards two more, and the feature can retrigger. At the start of every free spin, the multiplier is 8×. Qualifying chime symbols then double it using the same participation rule.
The 8× value is therefore a starting factor for that free spin, not a persistent bank carried from one free spin to the next. The PDF says the multiplier begins at 8× each time. A review that claims an endlessly accumulating session-wide value would describe a different rule.
The audit method is to save the initial 8× indicator, every paid chime contribution and the final factor before the next free spin begins. Keep the number of remaining spins in view, especially after a retrigger, so an extra-spin award is not mistaken for an unexplained counter change.
Feature Buy and what the PDF does not price
Version 1.0 r2 documents a Feature Buy menu that can purchase Free Spins at the price shown in the client. The PDF does not state a universal purchase multiple. That means this guide cannot publish a fixed buy cost from the supplier file.
If a loaded version displays the option, record its quoted price, stake, currency and stated RTP before accepting it. Availability and price may differ by market or operator. The presence of a button in global rules does not prove that buying is permitted or enabled in New Zealand.
Stakes, cap and settlement
The rules list bet sizes 0.01, 0.1 and 0.5 across ten levels, producing default EUR stakes from €0.20 to €100. These values identify the reference build. They are not an NZD price list and should not be converted into a promise about a local cashier.
The total win is capped at 10,000× the bet. If the main game or Free Spins reaches that amount, the spin ends. The cap is not the value of the 1,024× chime factor and not a statement of probability. One is a multiplier mechanic; the other is the maximum total settlement for the round.
Mobile, history and interrupted cascades
PG Soft lists mobile and desktop systems and a portrait reference of 1080×2340 at 19.5:9. On a phone, verify that the tall symbols, chime marker, multiplier, remaining free spins, stake and history control are all readable. A compatible platform does not guarantee that an operator wrapper will display every element identically.
If the connection drops during a cascade, reopen history before starting another spin. Compare the round ID, stake, final factor and credited balance. Do not reconstruct a missing cascade from memory; note where the visual record stops and rely on the server history for settlement.
Demo and New Zealand boundary
The official catalogue exposes a supplier launch route, but this page does not label the sponsored CTA as an Oishi Delights demo. Preview access can be age-gated, geoblocked or changed by PG Soft.
Catalogue presence also does not establish that a New Zealand-facing operator offers the game. Check authenticated lobby access and the applicable terms separately. Nothing here confirms Oishi Delights at 22Bet or promises real-money availability in New Zealand.
Who may appreciate this structure
Oishi Delights may suit readers who enjoy large collapsing boards and want a multiplier whose growth can be traced one qualifying symbol at a time. Its high-volatility label and 10,000× ceiling make the risk profile materially different from a low-volatility fixed-line game.
It may be a poor fit for someone who wants a simple three-reel layout or a feature with a universal published buy price. The tall symbols and participation condition require closer reading than the bright festival presentation suggests.
What the specification does not establish
The supplier file identifies mechanics and reference mathematics, but it does not publish the probability of reaching each individual chime level. A maximum 1,024× factor therefore cannot be converted into an advertised hit frequency. It also does not show how often Feature Buy is enabled by a particular operator. Readers comparing screenshots should distinguish a marketing splash, a supplier rules build and the settings actually exposed after login; only the last of those resolves the playable configuration for that account.
Evidence checklist
- Match ID 1815268 and code
oishi-delights. - Confirm 96.75% in the loaded Help panel.
- Record the 32,768-way rule and treatment of three-space symbols.
- Mark only winning symbols that actually carry wind chimes.
- During Free Spins, capture the 8× starting value and retriggers.
- Preserve the round ID, stake, final multiplier and settled balance.
FAQ
What activates the multiplier?
A wind-chime symbol on reels two, three or four must participate in a win. The first activates 2× and subsequent qualifying chimes double the factor.
What is the highest chime multiplier?
The checked rules state 1,024×.
How do Free Spins begin?
Three Scatters award ten spins; extra Scatters add two each. Every free spin starts at an 8× multiplier.
Is there a Feature Buy?
The PDF documents a buy menu but does not publish one universal price. Check the loaded client and local availability.
What are the RTP and maximum win?
The PDF and catalogue state 96.75% RTP and a 10,000× cap.
Is New Zealand availability confirmed?
No. A global supplier listing does not prove deployment by a New Zealand operator.

How to verify the version you can actually open
A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.
Start with identity, then configuration
Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify PG Soft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.
When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.
Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration
Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.
Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.
Keep simulation figures in their proper scope
A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.
Audit a disputed round
If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.
Read the paytable as a calculation document
The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.
Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.
Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round
Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.
Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.
Confirm market and device behaviour independently
A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.
On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.
Keep a compact evidence record
For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.
Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.
Use limits that survive the feature design
Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.
No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.
Primary source and correction path
This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
