Mystical Spirits is PG Soft catalogue ID 1432733. The rules source used here is English game-information version 1.0 r3, updated 8 July 2025. It documents a six-reel, five-row collapsing game with changing reel occupancy and a range of 400 to 15,625 ways.

The file states 96.75% RTP, high volatility and a 5,000× maximum. The current catalogue agrees with those headline fields. Its distinctive rule is not a generic escalating multiplier: three separate colour collectors advance according to which symbols won, then their values are multiplied together.

The mathematical split is 68.78 percentage points of RTP for the main game and 27.97 for Free Spins. The matching hit-rate rows are 24.93% and 0.45%. These figures help identify r3 but do not predict the timing or size of a future result.

Variable ways and oversized symbols

Some ordinary symbols can occupy two or three positions while still counting as one symbol for payout. That is why the visible surface area of a graphic should not be mistaken for several matching symbols. Use the active ways indicator and Help explanation for the exact round.

The supplier range begins at 400 and reaches 15,625. The upper number is a maximum layout state, not a claim that every paid spin evaluates 15,625 routes. A clean record notes the displayed ways count before the first evaluation and again after every collapse if the geometry changes.

Wild substitutes for ordinary paying symbols but not the Free Spins symbol. It appears on reels two, three, four and five. In addition to substitution, a winning Wild contributes to all three colour collectors, making its collection treatment more important than its visual size.

Three families feed three collectors

The red collector receives every winning Red Spirit, Fire and Ace symbol. Blue Spirit, Water and King feed the blue collector. Green Spirit, Leaf and Queen feed the green collector. A winning Wild is added to red, blue and green simultaneously.

Collection occurs after wins are paid. First identify the ways award using the symbols as they appear, then move the qualifying winners into their corresponding meter records. Do not raise a collector before settling the win that supplied its fifth symbol.

Each collector has five collection slots. When all five slots for one colour are filled, that colour’s multiplier increases by one. The wording does not say that a partial meter carries into a new paid spin; instead, every paid spin starts all three values at 1×. Treat the complete collapse sequence as the collection window.

Track colours separately. Five red symbols do not advance blue, and a mixed group of two red, two blue and one green does not complete any meter. Wild is the exception because its rule explicitly sends it to all three.

The three values multiply, not add

Every win is multiplied by a value equal to the product of the red, blue and green meters. At the 1×/1×/1× opening state, the combined factor is 1×. If red reaches 2× while the others remain 1×, the product is 2×. Values of 2×, 3× and 2× produce 12×, not 7×.

The multiplication rule makes a three-column ledger clearer than a single “current multiplier” note. For each collapse round, record red value, blue value, green value, their product, base ways award and final settlement.

Do not apply a newly increased colour value backwards to the award that filled its fifth slot unless the live calculation explicitly does so. The rules say wins are paid before symbols are collected, so the increased meter belongs to subsequent evaluation in that sequence.

Worked collection example

Suppose the first field contains a red-symbol win with four qualifying red positions and one Wild. Settle the ways award using the initial 1× product. Then place the four red winners and the Wild into the red collector; place that same winning Wild into blue and green as well.

The red collector has now received five contributions and advances by one step. Blue and green each have one collected Wild but do not advance. On the next collapse round, the displayed meter state should be red 2×, blue 1× and green 1×, giving a 2× product.

If the second round contains five winning blue-family symbols, settle it with the current product first, collect those symbols and then expect blue to rise for a later evaluation. Preserve the order with screenshots or game history because a final summary does not show which win completed each meter.

This example illustrates mechanics, not a likely outcome. The source does not publish a probability for a particular colour mix or for Wild appearances.

Free Spins begin at a combined 8×

Four Free Spins symbols anywhere award 12 free spins. Each additional triggering symbol adds two, and the feature can retrigger. At the start of any free spin, red, blue and green are each set to 2×.

Because the three values are multiplied, the opening combined factor is 2 × 2 × 2 = 8×. This is derived directly from the documented formula; it is not a separate 8× bonus pasted on top of the meters.

Within a free spin, winning symbols continue to fill their respective collectors. Save the starting 2×/2×/2× state, every collection step and the product used for each round. The wording “at the start of any free spin” means the next free spin returns to its defined starting values; do not assume a meter raised in one free spin persists into the next unless the live Help explicitly differs.

Free-spin retriggers use Free Spins symbols, not completed colour meters. Keep the remaining-spin counter separate from the three multiplier values so one animation cannot be misread as the other.

A feature-audit table

For a disputed feature, use columns for free-spin number, beginning red/blue/green values, active ways, base award, symbols collected by colour, Wild contributions, meter completions, product applied and final award. Add a separate field for retrigger symbols and remaining spins.

This format can reveal whether the issue lies in ways evaluation, colour assignment, the five-slot threshold or multiplication. A single balance screenshot proves only the final credit; it does not expose the rule stage that produced it.

If an oversized symbol contributes, count it according to the live payout detail rather than its occupied cells. The r3 paytable says a two- or three-space symbol represents one symbol for calculation.

Maximum win and Feature Buy

The advertised maximum and the r3 simulated maximum exposure are both 5,000×. The rules state that the spin ends if main-game or Free Spins winnings reach 5,000 times the bet. The matching numbers are useful evidence, but neither supplies the chance of reaching the cap.

Version r3 contains Feature Buy controls. It tells the player to use the price displayed in the menu and does not state a fixed universal price. The option can depend on market and operator policy; this review therefore confirms only that the reference document describes it.

EUR €0.20 and €100 are supplier-default endpoints. They should not be presented as a New Zealand currency range. Record the total amount, denomination and any bet-level components from the actual client before comparing costs.

RTP, frequency and volatility

RTP is a theoretical long-run percentage for a named configuration. A 96.75% model does not return that percentage within an individual session and cannot be used to forecast a recovery after losses.

The 25.38% overall hit rate tells how often the reference simulation records a qualifying result under its definition; it does not tell how large those results are. High volatility means the distribution can include uneven stretches. The 0.45% Free Spins hit-rate component remains a statistical property, not a meter that rises as spins pass.

Never infer that three nearly full colour collectors make the next spin more likely to win. The collectors show state within a collapse sequence; they do not alter the independence of the next paid spin beyond the rules visibly carried in the current sequence.

Paytable verification

The live paytable should show ordinary symbol tiers, the three family assignments, Wild exclusions, variable-ways language, Free Spins trigger and maximum clause. Capture these from the same loaded build as the RTP screen.

Colour is functional, so accessibility matters. A useful Help implementation names the symbols rather than relying solely on red, blue and green. When making an evidence pack, label the family in text and retain the icon; colour alone may be ambiguous under compression or colour-vision differences.

Mobile presentation

PG Soft lists iOS, Android, HTML5, macOS and Windows and gives 1080 by 2340 as its reference portrait display. On a phone, the most important usability test is whether all three collector values and their fill states remain visible while the field collapses.

Check that tapping Help does not obscure the title or version and that round history identifies colour contributions. If the client collapses the three meters into one combined number, history should still show enough detail to reconstruct the product.

Demo and availability boundary

No playable demo is embedded on this page. Sponsored buttons are commercial routes and are not labelled as demos. Their destination may change independently of the editorial source record.

Neither the official PDF nor the global catalogue proves that Mystical Spirits is available to a New Zealand user or at 22Bet. Confirm access after login and verify ID, Help version, currency, RTP and optional-feature status.

If an operator presents a different maximum or meter formula, retain the evidence and treat it as a separate deployment until reconciled. Do not overwrite r3 facts with a third-party summary.

Who may prefer this design

Mystical Spirits provides a transparent state-tracking task for readers who like seeing progress split across three meters. The multiplication creates stronger interaction between colours than a single additive ladder, but it also makes settlement harder to audit without a ledger.

The title may be less suitable for someone who wants a fixed-payline screen or a low-volatility model. Neither preference predicts results. Use pre-set spending and time limits, take breaks and avoid chasing a particular colour completion. See the responsible gambling guide for practical controls.

FAQ

What RTP is documented for Mystical Spirits?

The r3 PDF and current catalogue both state 96.75%. The live Help value is still required for a specific operator build.

How do the colour multipliers increase?

Five collected winning symbols in one colour meter increase that meter by one. Winning Wild contributes to all three meters.

Are the three meter values added together?

No. The official rule multiplies red, blue and green. Values of 2×, 3× and 2× produce a 12× product.

What triggers Free Spins?

Four Free Spins symbols award 12 spins. Each extra triggering symbol adds two, and retriggers are supported.

Why does the feature begin at 8×?

Each of the three meters starts at 2× in a free spin; multiplying 2 × 2 × 2 gives 8×.

Is New Zealand access verified?

No. The primary sources confirm the game and reference rules, not availability in a particular NZ account.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify PG Soft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.
