PG Soft lists iOS, Android, HTML5, macOS and Windows with a portrait reference of 1080×2340. A platform listing confirms technical support, not operator deployment or a local stake range.

Two connected play areas

The main area holds 30 positions in a 5-by-6 arrangement. Above it sits an additional reel containing five symbols. Some symbols on that top reel can occupy 2×1 spaces, while big symbols on the main grid can occupy 2×2 spaces.

A multi-space graphic counts as one symbol during payout calculations. Four visible cells covered by one 2×2 symbol should therefore not automatically be counted as four matching symbols toward the eight-symbol threshold.

The Wild appears only on the additional top reel and substitutes for ordinary symbols but not Scatter. Scatter appears only in the main 5×6 area. This distribution should be checked when reconstructing a trigger.

Eight-symbol wins and cascades

Eight or more matching symbols anywhere on the reels produce a winning combination. Winning symbols are paid, explode and allow symbols above to cascade into the empty positions.

Each new board is another round within the same paid spin. The sequence ends when no further combination qualifies. History should keep the original board and cascades under one round ID.

Cash paytable values depend on stake. To verify a result, count symbols as the rules define them, note the active multiplier and compare the component with the server history.

Big-symbol transformation

A 2×2 big symbol may appear on the main grid. If it participates in a win, then after the cascade it transforms into a randomly selected ordinary symbol and splits into four copies of that same symbol.

The transformation happens on the new round after the qualifying win. It does not mean the original 2×2 symbol counted four times in the preceding payout. Separate those two states in an audit.

Mark the occupied square before payment, record the single-symbol count used by the first win, then capture the four smaller symbols after the split. Those copies may help form a later cluster, but that is a new board evaluation.

Main-game multiplier

Every paid base spin begins at 1×. If a round contains one or more winning symbols, the award is paid, symbols collapse and the multiplier increases by one for the next round.

The increase belongs to a successful round, not every individual matching group displayed simultaneously. When several wins share one board, use the factor shown in history rather than advancing it manually for each cluster.

The multiplier resets on the next paid spin. A high value reached late in one cascade sequence does not carry into an unrelated wager.

Free Spins entry and multiplier

Four Scatters anywhere on the main grid trigger 10 Free Spins. Every additional Scatter at entry adds two spins. The feature begins at 2×, and each winning free-spin round raises the multiplier by two after payment and collapse.

Three Scatters during Free Spins add five spins. The rules also state that Free Spins can retrigger, so a valid history should display both the triggering Scatter event and updated counter.

The +2 step is not applied for every symbol in a winning cluster. One or more wins on the round produce the documented increment for the next round.

Worked split-and-multiplier example

Suppose a base spin begins at 1× and a 2×2 falcon symbol participates in an eight-symbol win. That first combination is settled with the big graphic counted as one symbol. The board collapses, the multiplier advances to 2× and the big falcon turns into four copies of a randomly selected ordinary symbol.

If those copies help create another qualifying group, the new round is evaluated at 2×. After payment, the following round would use 3×. The exact symbol chosen by the transformation is random and cannot be planned.

During Free Spins the same state diagram begins at 2× and advances to 4× after a winning round. This example explains ordering, not expected return from a short session.

Maximum and volatility

The main game and feature stop when total win reaches 10,000× the bet. Multiplier growth and transformed symbol chains remain subject to this cap.

The supplier labels the build high volatility. Its simulation reports an 18.21% overall hit rate, split between 17.81% main game and 0.40% Free Spins. These long-run numbers do not tell a player when a Scatter or 2×2 symbol will appear.

Win-band frequencies labelled Big, Mega and Super Mega are presentation statistics, not progressive prize pools. They should not be quoted as cash awards.

Optional Feature Buy

The document includes a button that purchases the Free Spins Feature at the displayed price. Local availability is not established by the global PDF and can differ by operator or territory.

If the account shows the control, record the cost, stake, RTP, starting spins and cap before confirming. Buying entry does not guarantee a retrigger, a long multiplier chain or a return above the purchase price.

Set a session limit in cash rather than in feature purchases. The result of one buy does not change the probability of the next independent decision.

Mobile evidence test

On a phone, ensure the top reel is visible with the entire 5×6 grid and that 2×1 and 2×2 symbols have clear boundaries. The multiplier and remaining-spin counter should not cover the top or bottom rows.

Switch applications immediately after a big-symbol win, then return. The split symbols, multiplier and next board should agree with history. Preserve the round ID if the animation resumes from a different moment.

Test orientation changes before staking. A cropped top reel could hide the only Wild location and make a valid outcome difficult to understand even when settlement is correct.

What remains unconfirmed

Official studio evidence does not establish New Zealand access, NZD stakes, appearance at 22Bet, promotional contribution or Feature Buy permission. Euro defaults must not be presented as local minimums or maximums.

Match the title, ID, code, r3 version and 96.74% RTP in live help. If the account shows a different mathematical profile, record it as a distinct deployment.

An evidence worksheet

Draw the top reel separately from the 5×6 grid. Outline each multi-space symbol and label it as one payout symbol. For every round, note multiplier, winning count, removed positions and any big-symbol split.

During Free Spins, add the Scatter count and remaining-spin counter. This creates a readable timeline that can be compared with component awards and wallet movement.

The worksheet prevents four occupied cells from being mistaken for four symbols and separates the original win from the transformed follow-up board.

Version and correction triggers

Revisit this guide if a PDF later than r3 appears, the top reel changes, multi-space counting is rewritten, the multiplier step changes or the cap differs from 10,000×. Art changes alone do not prove a new rules build.

Publish local differences with operator, territory and date. Do not silently merge an account-specific configuration into the supplier reference.

The top reel and main grid should be captured in the same frame. A crop that removes either area cannot prove the full symbol count or Wild contribution, so retain an uncropped image whenever a settlement question involves a big symbol.

Final assessment

Majestic Empire rewards careful state tracking because a large graphic is one symbol before it splits into four later symbols. The separate top reel and different +1/+2 multiplier steps add further reasons to preserve round order.

The primary document is strong for global rules and mathematics. Access, currency and optional controls remain deployment checks.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify PG Soft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
