Genie’s 3 Wishes is PG Soft catalogue ID 85. The checked English file identifies version 1.0 r882, updated 8 July 2025. It uses five reels, three rows and 243 ways, then lets a triggered feature begin with one of three rule sets rather than one universal bonus.

The supplier states 96.75% RTP, medium volatility and an advertised 100,000× maximum. These are r882 reference values. They do not establish New Zealand availability, a specific operator listing or the settings of a different deployed build.

The RTP breakdown assigns 57.51 percentage points to the main game, 10.50 to Mystery Wild and 28.47 to free spins. Corresponding hit rates are 27.37%, 0.80% and 0.50%. Adding the return components reproduces the stated total, but none of them predicts when the next event will occur.

How 243 ways settle

A ways win needs matching symbols on consecutive reels beginning at reel one. Unlike a fixed-payline game, exact vertical positions do not have to follow a drawn line. Count every qualifying symbol on each consecutive reel, then use the paytable and total stake basis shown by the client.

PG Soft gives a base bet of 25, bet sizes 0.01, 0.05 and 0.4 and ten bet levels. Its reference EUR range is €0.25 to €100. Those are supplier defaults, not verified NZD limits. A local client can expose different currency steps.

Wild substitutes for ordinary symbols but not Scatter or the +1 Free Spin symbol. Outside Wild Wishes, a win involving Wild is multiplied by two. The wording matters: the x2 is tied to Wild participation, so capture the combination before assuming the entire screen receives the factor.

Wild Wishes in the main game

While the reels spin in the main game, the Wild Wishes feature may add one to five stacked Wild symbols. The official document calls these stacked Wilds rather than converting every visible symbol after settlement. When the event appears, record which reels received the added stacks and which resulting combinations use them.

The normal x2 rule explicitly excludes the Wild Wishes feature. That prevents double-counting: do not apply the ordinary Wild factor to a Wild Wishes award unless the loaded Help says the deployment works differently. Separate the event award from ordinary ways in a round-history reconstruction.

The provider assigns 10.50 percentage points of theoretical return and a 0.80% hit rate to Mystery Wild. Those are model components, not an assurance that stacked Wilds will appear within a short session.

Choice one: twelve high-symbol spins

The first option awards 12 free spins. Poker symbols are removed, leaving high-paying symbols, Wild and +1 Free Spin symbols. Removing low symbols changes the visible symbol set; it does not mean every spin wins or that a premium combination is guaranteed.

For an audit, photograph the choice screen and the first feature reel before it spins. During the feature, check that low card symbols do not appear and log each +1 symbol separately. Do not infer the probability change from a few outcomes.

This route starts with the greatest number of spins but no travelling-Wild promise or rising multiplier. It is not objectively safer or better. The three options distribute their mechanics differently within the same documented product.

Choice two: eight travelling-Wild spins

The second option awards 8 free spins. A Wild that appears remains for the next spin and shifts one reel to the left. It continues moving left until it reaches reel one. This creates a state that must be followed across consecutive spins.

Mark the Wild’s reel after each settlement, then verify its next position before the following evaluation. A newly landed Wild and an older travelling Wild can coexist, so screenshots should include the full field and remaining-spin counter.

The rule says the Wild remains and shifts; it does not say every position it crosses automatically creates a win. A ways combination still needs matching symbols across consecutive reels beginning on the left.

Choice three: five spins with a rising multiplier

The third option starts with 5 free spins and a x5 multiplier. Every free spin increases the multiplier by five, up to x100. The increasing counter is deterministic once the feature starts, while symbols and resulting wins remain random.

Record the multiplier before each spin rather than only at the end. If a +1 symbol extends the feature, continue the documented progression and compare it with history. The x100 figure is a maximum achievable feature multiplier, not the game’s overall maximum award.

This route starts with the fewest spins and the strongest visible progression. It should not be described as the “best” choice without probabilities and player preferences that the official rules do not provide.

+1 symbols and trigger wording

Three, four or five Scatters anywhere trigger the feature-selection screen. The official rules do not attach different starting spin counts to the number of Scatters; the player then chooses among 12, 8 or 5 spins.

Each +1 Free Spin symbol awards one additional spin. The symbol is distinct from Scatter and Wild. Keep a simple ledger of remaining spins before settlement, +1 symbols received, spin consumed and new counter. That reveals whether the interface applies the addition before or after decrementing the current spin.

Maximum, exposure and model statistics

The advertised theoretical maximum is 100,000×. The separate maximum exposure observed across one billion simulated spins is 3,213×. These figures are not interchangeable: one is the designed cap, the other describes a specified simulation.

The PDF also lists big-win frequency bands: x20–x35, x35–x50 and x50 or above. Labels such as “Mega Win” are presentation categories. They are not evidence that a result near the cap is likely.

Use medium volatility as a broad supplier classification, not a bankroll promise. A session can still contain extended losses or a rapid balance change. Set a total budget independently of the headline maximum.

Mobile and interruption checks

PG Soft lists iOS, Android, HTML5, macOS and Windows and a 1080×2340 portrait reference. Mobile testing should confirm that the choice labels, travelling-Wild position, rising multiplier and +1 counter remain visible and readable.

If a connection fails after selecting a wish, game history should identify the settled feature. Do not tap repeatedly to recreate the choice. Save round ID, stake, chosen path, opening counter, modifiers and final credit.

Auto Spin stop-loss, stop-win and single-win thresholds are documented controls. They help manage a session but do not alter the random model. Travelling Wild animations can make feature spins feel continuous, so a separate time reminder is useful.

Preview and New Zealand boundary

The official catalogue may provide a supplier preview. The sponsored links in this article are not that demo. A studio file proves product rules, not territorial access, account currency or availability at 22Bet.

Check an operator’s country terms and authenticated lobby. Then compare in-client version and RTP with r882. If the version differs, keep both records dated instead of presenting the reference file as the active deployment.

Choosing for readability, not prediction

Readers who want a larger starting count may find the high-symbol route easiest to follow. Travelling Wilds reward careful state tracking across spins. The multiplier route displays the clearest numerical progression but begins with five spins.

None of these observations predicts value in the next feature. The selection changes the mechanism presented; it does not turn chance into skill. Choose only after understanding the rules and setting a loss limit.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify PG Soft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
