Fortune Dragon rules, multiplier reel and eight Fortune Spins
A source-led guide to the five-line grid, bottom multiplier reel, randomly triggered Fortune Dragon Feature, expanded multipliers, Sure Win cost and verified limits.
Supplier sources below. Operator eligibility needs a separate check.

Fortune Dragon is PG Soft catalogue ID 1695365. The checked English rules file is version 1.0 r5, updated 8 July 2025. It uses a compact three-reel, three-row layout with five paylines and a separate multiplier reel beneath the main grid.
The provider states 96.74% RTP, medium volatility and a 2,500× maximum. It also documents a randomly triggered eight-spin feature and an optional Sure Win Bet costing five times the normal bet.

Five lines and the Wild symbol
The three-by-three grid evaluates five payline patterns shown in the paytable. Wild substitutes for all symbols under the checked rules. Record the exact active line and symbol sequence rather than assuming a ways or cluster calculation from the square layout.
The bottom multiplier reel is evaluated after the ordinary line win. Keeping the grid award separate from the bottom result makes the settlement easy to reproduce.
The bottom multiplier reel
On any spin, the separate reel can reveal a blank, 2×, 5× or 10×. When a numerical factor appears, all wins in that spin are multiplied by it before payment. A blank contributes no multiplier.
For example, if the five lines produce a combined underlying award of three stake units and the bottom reel shows 5×, the documented calculation is 15 stake units. If the main grid produces no win, a visible 10× cannot create an award on its own.
Capture the complete grid, payline total, bottom-reel result and final settlement. Do not treat the factor as a selectable setting.
Random Fortune Dragon Feature
During any spin, the feature can trigger randomly while the reels are spinning and awards eight Fortune Spins. The multiplier reel expands during the feature, and every Fortune Spin awards two or three multipliers.
The PDF does not describe Scatter collection as the trigger for these eight spins. Calling it a Scatter feature would therefore import a rule from another game. The random trigger should be recorded from the transition screen or history entry.
For each Fortune Spin, list the two or three revealed factors, the underlying line win and the applied total displayed by the client. The summary states a feature multiplier of 10× or more, but the precise settlement should always come from the loaded Help and round history.
Sure Win Bet costs five times more
Sure Win Bet can be activated for an individual spin and increases the bet by 5×. The rule says it guarantees a win on every applicable main-game spin, excluding Fortune Spins.
“Sure Win” does not mean profit. A result can be a win under the paytable while paying less than the fivefold cost. Compare the displayed total stake with the final award rather than interpreting the label as a positive return.
Before confirmation, record the base stake, fivefold Sure Win total and exclusion for Fortune Spins. Availability and interface wording may vary by deployment, so do not assume the control exists until the loaded client shows it.
Worked settlement examples
Ordinary spin: an underlying two-unit payline award with a blank multiplier reel remains two units.
Multiplied spin: an underlying four-unit award with 10× settles as 40 units, subject to the overall cap.
Sure Win comparison: if a normal total stake is one unit, enabling the option makes the cost five units. A displayed one-unit or two-unit paytable award remains a winning result but would not recover that five-unit cost. Net outcome and “win” label answer different questions.
Feature record: identify the random transition, eight-spin counter, two or three multiplier results for every spin and final total. Do not add decorative light effects or unconfirmed values to the calculation.
These examples clarify arithmetic and are not predictions. A previous blank multiplier does not make 10× more likely on the next spin.
Stakes and cap
The PDF lists bet sizes 0.05, 0.5 and 5 across ten levels, creating default EUR stakes from €0.25 to €250. These are not NZD limits or cashier conditions. Sure Win multiplies the relevant spin cost under the rule, so its confirmation screen is essential evidence.
The game ends a main or feature settlement at 2,500×. That cap is distinct from the 10× bottom-reel maximum and does not indicate probability.
Mobile and history checks
Supported platforms are iOS, Android, HTML5, macOS and Windows, with 1080×2340 as the portrait reference. On mobile, verify all five paylines, bottom multiplier, total cost, Fortune Spin counter and history.
If a connection breaks during the feature, reopen history and match round ID, spins completed, revealed multipliers and settlement. The random trigger may not replay after reconnection.
Demo and New Zealand boundary
The supplier may host a preview. The sponsored links here are not a Fortune Dragon demo, and global catalogue listing does not establish 22Bet or New Zealand availability.
Check authenticated access, local terms, currency, version and RTP in the loaded client. Preserve a differing deployment as separate evidence.
Who may prefer the format
Fortune Dragon may suit readers who want a small fixed-line grid and a clearly separated multiplier. It may not suit someone who dislikes random feature entry or optional high-cost modes. A guaranteed paytable win is not guaranteed profit.
Compare normal and Sure Win spins on one basis
A fair comparison begins with the same base stake. Record one normal spin’s total cost and one Sure Win confirmation at five times that cost. Then convert both settlements into multiples of their actual paid amount, not just the smaller base. This shows why a paytable win can coexist with a negative net result under the option.
For example, if the displayed base total is one currency unit, the Sure Win charge is five units under the r5 rule. A two-unit settlement is visibly a win but leaves the balance three units below the starting point for that spin. The label guarantees a qualifying win event, not a minimum award above the enhanced charge.
The option excludes Fortune Spins. If the random feature starts, do not continue applying the fivefold purchase logic to its internal spins. Instead, record the triggering paid spin, transition and eight feature results as one linked history sequence.
Reading multiple feature factors
The expanded reel produces two or three multipliers for each Fortune Spin. Use the calculation shown in the loaded Help and history rather than guessing whether decorative orbs should be added or multiplied. Save every revealed factor and the underlying five-line award so a final total can be checked.
If a Fortune Spin produces no line win, the presence of attractive multipliers does not by itself create a cash award. Likewise, the maximum 2,500× remains a cap on the completed settlement rather than another factor in the expanded reel.
To verify the five-line paytable, save the line diagram together with the highlighted winning route. A diagonal that looks plausible may not be one of the five active patterns. Settle the grid first, then apply the multiplier reel. This two-stage method remains valid whether the animation is normal, Turbo or resumed after interruption.

How to verify the version you can actually open
A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.
Start with identity, then configuration
Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify PG Soft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.
When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.
Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration
Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.
Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.
Keep simulation figures in their proper scope
A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.
Audit a disputed round
If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.
Read the paytable as a calculation document
The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.
Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.
Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round
Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.
Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.
Confirm market and device behaviour independently
A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.
On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.
Keep a compact evidence record
For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.
Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.
Use limits that survive the feature design
Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.
No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.
Primary source and correction path
This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
