The r4 table allocates 68.29 percentage points of RTP to the main game and 28.45 to Free Spins. This split identifies the tested build; it does not mean either component will return that amount during one session.

Locate the four multiplier slots first

The mechanic is tied to exact grid positions: row two of column two, row four of column two, row two of column five and row four of column five. Marking them on a simple 5-by-6 sketch is more useful than relying on the glow effect alone.

A slot starts deactivated. When a winning symbol occupies a deactivated slot, that slot lights and becomes active. The win is paid according to the ordinary symbol-combination rules before the new state matters for later rounds.

An active slot contributes only when a winning symbol is on top of it. An empty-looking glow or a non-winning symbol does not collect a factor. This distinction prevents the common mistake of counting every activated position on every collapse.

Activation and collection are separate events

During each round, check every special position twice. First ask whether a winning symbol activated a previously dark slot. Then ask whether a winning symbol sat on a slot that was already active. Each qualifying active slot contributes 2× to the collected total multiplier.

If two already-active positions both contain winners in the same round, the checked wording supports collecting a 2× increment for each. Record the two contributions separately and preserve the total shown by the game. A newly activated slot should not be treated as already active earlier in that same evaluation unless the live Help explicitly shows that timing.

At the end of the paid spin, the spin’s total win is multiplied by the total collected factor. Keep the underlying cascade awards and collected increments in separate columns so the final settlement can be reproduced.

A worked four-slot ledger

Suppose the first round wins through the upper slot in column two while all slots are dark. Record an activation but no prior-state collection. After the collapse, a new win uses that same now-active slot and the lower slot in column five, which was also already active from an earlier round. Record 2× + 2× for the round.

If a later collapse activates the upper column-five slot, note the state change for following rounds. The ledger should contain round number, winning positions, slot state before evaluation, activations, collected 2× increments, base award and displayed running factor.

Do not infer a factor from the number of glowing slots alone. Four lit positions show future opportunities; they do not prove that four winning symbols occupied them in the settled round.

Free Spins retain the running multiplier

Three Scatters anywhere award 15 free spins. Every additional Scatter adds two, and Free Spins can retrigger. After wins are paid, the total win multiplier remains and combines with the multiplier collected on the next winning free spin.

That persistence distinguishes the feature from the main-game settlement. Record the factor before each free spin, additions collected during its collapse sequence and the factor carried forward. A losing free spin does not create a new 2× simply because active slots remain visible.

When a carried factor is displayed between spins, photograph it before pressing Spin and again after settlement. This distinguishes a multiplier retained by the feature from a new increment collected under a winning symbol. If the two totals differ, the intervening grid should account for every added 2×; an animation flourish on its own is not sufficient evidence.

The wording “next winning free spin” matters. When auditing, preserve a zero-win spin between two winning spins rather than compressing the sequence. It demonstrates that the stored multiplier survived without being falsely applied to a nonexistent award.

Scatter, combination and collapse order

The game is described as a symbol-combination slot rather than a fixed-payline game. Open Help for the exact minimum matching-symbol condition and paytable of the deployed build. Then settle a round in this order: identify the combination, calculate the base award, update slot state, remove winning symbols, collapse replacements and repeat.

Scatter controls the Free Spins trigger and must not be substituted by a normal paying symbol. The source does not document a Wild section for this version, so do not invent Wild behaviour from another PG Soft title.

Maximum, bet range and Feature Buy

The r4 maximum is 5,000× the bet. Reaching it ends the main game or Free Spins under the cap rule. It is a ceiling, not an extra multiplier and not evidence that an active set of four slots is close to the maximum.

The reference lists bet sizes 0.01, 0.05 and 0.1 across ten levels, resulting in default EUR stakes from €0.20 to €100. These values do not establish NZD stakes. Always read the total amount displayed beside the Spin button.

A Feature Buy menu is described, but its availability and price are deployment-specific. If present, capture the selected stake, quoted price, currency, RTP and confirmation text before purchase. Do not call a sponsored destination a free demo.

Mobile usability

The supplier lists iOS, Android, HTML5, macOS and Windows and provides a 1080×2340 portrait reference. The critical mobile question is whether all four special positions and their active states remain readable on a six-row grid.

Check that the running multiplier, remaining spins, total stake, balance and history control are visible without covering the bottom rows. Colour alone should not be the only distinction between active and inactive slots; preserve screenshots if the state is ambiguous.

After a disconnection, use game history to match the round ID, stake, collapse rounds, slot activations, collected increments and final settlement. The restored animation may omit an earlier state transition.

Demo and New Zealand boundary

PG Soft may make a studio preview available. The two sponsored links on this page are not presented as a Forge of Wealth demo. Catalogue inclusion does not confirm deployment by 22Bet or access from New Zealand.

The authenticated lobby, local terms and in-game Help answer different questions. Save all three when documenting availability. If the loaded rules differ from r4, report the alternative configuration with its date.

Who may prefer the four-slot structure

Forge of Wealth may suit a reader who likes spatial tracking and a multiplier that grows through repeated qualifying positions. It may be less attractive to someone who wants fixed paylines, low volatility or a feature with no persistent state.

The visible forge can encourage “almost there” thinking. An activated slot does not improve the probability that the next symbol above it will form a win. Use pre-set money and time limits and never extend a session to chase a lit position.

Evidence checklist

  1. Match title and catalogue ID 1555350.
  2. Record version 1.0 r4 and the Help RTP.
  3. Sketch the four special coordinates.
  4. Note each slot’s state before a round is evaluated.
  5. Separate activation from a 2× collection.
  6. Record the base award before the final factor.
  7. During Free Spins, track the carried multiplier spin by spin.
  8. Save the server round ID and cap settlement.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify PG Soft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
