Chicky Run is PG Soft catalogue ID 1738001, code chicky-run. The checked English rules file is version 1.0 r7, updated 8 July 2025. PG Soft classifies it as a gamble game, not a reel slot: each round asks the player to choose Left, Right or Random before a vehicle is revealed.

The PDF and current catalogue agree on 96.00% RTP, low volatility and a 30.72× maximum. These supplier values do not prove New Zealand deployment, NZD stakes or operator availability.

The 50% hit rate is a mathematical summary, not a signal about the next vehicle. Previous directions do not turn the next choice into a certainty.

How a game begins

Pressing Start places the selected bet and opens the first road choice. Multipliers displayed across the top show the possible cash-out value after consecutive successful rounds. The player chooses Left, Right or Random; the chicken moves to that side, then a vehicle appears.

If the vehicle uses the same side, the sequence ends and all uncollected wins are lost. If it uses the opposite side, the round succeeds. The player can then continue with another direction or press Collect to bank the current displayed amount.

This is a repeated collect-or-continue decision. The multiplier can rise, but so does the amount exposed to the next collision. It should not be described as a strategy game where skill changes the supplier’s random vehicle result.

Left, Right and Random

Left and Right are direct lane choices. Random delegates that choice to the interface. The rules do not state that one option has a better RTP, nor that Random protects a streak. All three still face the same vehicle-reveal condition.

For a transparent record, capture the selected direction, multiplier before the choice, vehicle side and resulting status. If continuing, repeat on a new line. This produces a sequence that can be compared with history without relying on animation memory.

Collect is the settlement decision

After a successful round, Collect converts the current displayed value into a settled win and ends that game. Continuing leaves it at risk. A useful screenshot shows both the multiplier and Collect amount immediately before the decision.

Auto Play can select a number of bets, a target Collect Win and a direction. Automation does not remove the risk of failed rounds. Its settings should be saved before activation so an unexpected stop can be distinguished from a configured target.

Extra Coins Chance

Turning on Extra Coins Chance raises the current bet by 50%. A winning round may then award one to three coins, each worth half of the original bet before the surcharge. Awarded coins are not lost if a later round fails.

This creates two balances inside one sequence: the ordinary uncollected multiplier amount remains at risk, while awarded extra coins are protected. Record them separately. The feature’s 50% higher cost is certain; the coin award is only a chance.

An example of accounting, not a prediction: if the base amount were 10 units, activation raises the price to 15. Each awarded coin would be worth 5 units. The displayed client values remain authoritative for the actual currency and session.

The bar beneath the multipliers shows directions where no vehicle appeared in the previous ten rounds. It is a history display, not a forecast. A run of safe Left results does not make Left safer or more dangerous on the next independent reveal.

Calling this bar a “pattern detector” would overstate the rules. Its legitimate use is documentary: it lets the reader compare the displayed ten-round history with recorded outcomes.

RTP, cap and stake boundary

The rules list €0.20 to €200 as default reference stakes. They do not establish NZD denomination or local limits. Because Extra Coins Chance changes the price, compare the final quoted amount rather than relying on the base selector alone.

The 30.72× maximum is much lower than slot ceilings in adjacent catalogue entries. It is the top documented multiplier for this gamble sequence, not a likelihood or guaranteed exit point. A player can lose the uncollected amount before reaching it.

Mobile and interruption evidence

PG Soft lists mobile and desktop platforms and a portrait resolution of 1080×2340. On a phone, make sure both lane buttons, Random, Collect, current multiplier, extra-coin state, stake and history are visible.

If the connection drops after a direction is selected, do not make another bet until history shows whether the vehicle result settled. Preserve the sequence ID, selected side and balance change.

Demo and New Zealand boundary

The catalogue can expose a supplier launch route, but the sponsored CTA here is not described as a Chicky Run demo. Preview access may change.

Catalogue inclusion does not confirm a New Zealand operator or 22Bet deployment. Verify authenticated access and terms separately.

Who may understand this format best

Chicky Run may appeal to readers who prefer a visible cash-out decision over reel evaluation. It may not suit someone looking for paylines, Free Spins, a paytable of symbols or a way to infer the next result from history. Low volatility does not remove the possibility of losing a full uncollected sequence.

Worked route: decision, result and collection

Imagine a round starts with a displayed stake of one unit. The player chooses Left. If the vehicle appears on the right, the decision succeeds and the interface presents a new potential amount together with the choice to continue or collect. Choosing Right on the next step creates a new independent decision; the previous safe side does not make either direction more likely. If the vehicle then appears on the right, the main uncollected amount is lost because the selected side matches the vehicle.

That sequence should be recorded as two decisions, not as a conventional two-spin slot session. A clear note contains the original stake, each chosen direction, the vehicle result, the displayed potential amount after every success and the point at which Collect became available. Without those fields, a screenshot of the final screen cannot explain whether the user collected, continued or lost on a later decision.

The Random control changes who selects the side, not the underlying economics. It asks the interface to choose Left or Right for that decision; it is not a safer third lane, an automatic collection rule or a prediction based on recent outcomes. Likewise, the Trending Results panel only reports the previous ten safe directions. A run of Left results cannot establish that Right is due, because the panel is retrospective.

Extra Coins Chance needs a separate cost line. The checked rules say it raises the bet by 50%. On a one-unit base, the displayed total cost should therefore be 1.5 units before the round is confirmed. A successful step may award one, two or three protected coins, each worth half the original base bet. Those coins are protected from a later failed choice, unlike the main uncollected amount. Verify both balances in history rather than assuming the feature changes the probability of choosing safely.

Finally, the 30.72× cap applies to the documented game settlement. It should not be read as a promise that a sequence will reach that level or as evidence that one directional strategy performs better. The useful question is whether the client showed the correct cost, decision state, protected coin value and collection result for the completed round.

Sequence checklist

  1. Match ID 1738001 and code chicky-run.
  2. Confirm 96.00% and r7 in Help.
  3. Record the starting bet and Extra Coins state.
  4. Log each lane choice, vehicle side and new multiplier.
  5. Keep protected coins separate from uncollected wins.
  6. Save the Collect amount and final balance.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify PG Soft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
