Voodoo by Endorphina: original and Dice Free Games guide
Voodoo and Voodoo Dice share a high-volatility profile where a dual Wild/Scatter triggers ten retriggerable Free Games and winning symbols expand over reels.
Supplier sources below. Operator eligibility needs a separate check.

Voodoo and Voodoo Dice are five-reel, three-row games with 10 paylines. Endorphina publishes 96.04% RTP, high volatility and a €0.10–€160 supplier stake range for both. Three or more Man Scatters start 10 Free Games, where symbols in winning combinations can expand across their reels.
This review treats the supernatural theme as fictional entertainment and focuses on documented mechanics. It does not describe or evaluate real religious practice.

Dual Wild and Scatter
The Man functions as Wild and Scatter. Three or more trigger the feature; five are published at 200× base bet. In its Wild role, it substitutes for regular symbols, while the Dice page specifies that it does not substitute during Free Games.
Record the role applied on each round. A trigger grid can contain direct Scatter credit and line wins, but those should remain separate entries. In Dice, use the cube legend rather than assuming any dark cube is the special symbol.
The woman is listed as the top regular symbol at 100× base bet for five, followed by the snake at 50×. Confirm these values in the live paytable.
Ten Free Games and retriggers
Three Man Scatters start 10 Free Games. The provider says another 10 can be won during the feature, so a retrigger should be logged as a ten-round addition unless the loaded help differs.
Create one row per spin with the counter before play, Man count, rounds added, winning symbols, expanded reels and credit. The counter equation should reconcile from one round to the next.
Do not treat a retrigger animation as a cash award. Record any direct Scatter payment separately from added rounds.
Expanding winning combinations
During Free Games, symbols belonging to a winning combination expand to cover their entire reel. This is broader than a designated expanding Wild: the triggering condition is participation in a win.
Capture the grid before expansion where possible. Identify the initial winning route and symbol, then shade every filled position on the affected reels. After expansion, new line combinations may be evaluated according to live help.
Expansion is not necessarily sticky. A full reel on one spin should not be carried into the next unless the deployed rules say so. It also does not mean every symbol visible on a winning reel expands; the provider wording ties the effect to symbols in the winning combination.
Original versus Dice
The Dice version places characters and objects inside cubes while retaining the published profile. Exact title and version still matter because operator builds can differ. Save both help headers before comparing outcomes.
On mobile, cube markings must remain legible without relying on colour. In the original, distinguish the Man from other character art. A text legend and coordinate grid make evidence accessible.
If only one edition is available, state that account observation narrowly instead of claiming a regional exclusion.
Bonus Pop and Risk
Both pages list Bonus Pop and Risk Game. Bonus Pop may be unavailable in some jurisdictions; check its price and any alternate RTP before use. Natural Scatter entry and optional access are not equivalent.
Risk follows a settled win. Preserve the slot result first, then record the amount risked and outcome. Do not include Risk in the Free Games expansion subtotal.
RTP, high volatility and limits
The 96.04% RTP is theoretical over a large sample, not a prediction for ten rounds. High volatility means outcomes can be uneven and does not indicate when a trigger will occur.
The €0.10–€160 range is a provider reference, not an NZD promise. Confirm account currency and total stake. Use fixed affordable money and time limits and never chase a retrigger.
If help displays another RTP, preserve the exact value, version and date. Do not blend configurations.
Worked expansion audit
Suppose a snake combination wins across reels one to three. Mark the original snake cells, then record which of those reels fill with snakes. Apply the ten-line map to the post-expansion grid and list any additional winning routes.
Keep the original line credit, new expansion-created credits and Scatter awards in separate columns. Add them once and compare with round history. If the interface shows one combined value, preserve that value rather than inventing a split.
If two symbol types form wins simultaneously, document each expansion origin. Overlapping filled positions should not be treated as duplicate cash unless settlement reports distinct awards.
Mobile, demo and interruption recovery
Confirm that all fifteen positions, counter, line highlight, stake and balance remain visible. After a disconnect, reopen the round by ID; a replay animation may omit frames, while server history should retain settlement.
The demo can teach navigation but does not prove real-money access or account settings. Demo balances have no cash meaning.
Support evidence
Include edition, version, active RTP, timestamp, round ID, total stake, trigger screen, before-and-after expansion grids, counter and balances. Ask support for the server-side sequence of initial wins and post-expansion evaluation.
Avoid claims based only on theme imagery. The numerical record and exact paytable are the useful evidence.
Two-stage settlement during Free Games
The feature description implies an initial winning combination followed by reel expansion. Treat these as two stages. First, copy the original 5×3 grid and identify which symbols form wins on the ten fixed lines. Second, record the reels filled by those winning symbols and the resulting final grid.
The next question is whether additional combinations are evaluated after expansion. Use the result panel and history to answer it. If the display shows an initial subtotal and a later added amount, preserve both. If it shows only one credit, do not invent a split.
This process also clarifies why a symbol that is present but not part of an initial win might remain unexpanded. The rule is tied to winning combinations, not mere appearance.
Multiple simultaneous winning symbols
A single spin may contain a line of women and another line of snakes. Record each origin symbol and its affected reels. If both transformations cover the same cell, draw the final state once but keep the two source events separate.
Do not assume the higher-paying symbol overrides the other. Conversely, do not pay both in every covered cell without a line result. The current game’s settlement highlights are decisive.
When one of the winning symbols is the dual-role Man, check the feature restriction. The Dice page states that its Wild role does not operate during Free Games, so the Man’s presence may need to be handled as Scatter rather than substitution. Quote the loaded wording in any dispute.
Retrigger accounting with fixed ten-round additions
The provider says ten more Free Games can be won during the feature. When three or more Man Scatters land, record the previous counter, consumed spin and ten added rounds. The arithmetic should show the resulting counter exactly.
If five Scatters also produce 200× base bet, enter that payment beside—but not inside—the round-count calculation. A retrigger awards time in the feature; the Scatter table determines money.
Several retriggers should be logged independently. Avoid a single “total extra spins” note because it cannot reveal where a missing or duplicate addition occurred.
Editorial handling of the theme
The title borrows imagery associated with a real group of African-diaspora religions, while the provider presents it as fictional horror entertainment. Mechanical review does not require claims about authentic beliefs or practices. Use the game’s exact symbol labels and avoid presenting fantasy imagery as cultural fact.
This approach improves accuracy and keeps the article useful: readers need the dual Wild/Scatter rule, retrigger and expansion sequence, not invented background lore.
Comparing original and Dice evidence
Create a common coordinate grid for both editions. Map original character symbols to the cube labels only where the official legends support the match. Keep version, RTP and help screenshots separate.
Matching public values are strong evidence of a shared profile, but the loaded build still controls the settlement. If only one edition offers Bonus Pop or another optional button, report that as an availability difference rather than a different base-game rule.
Final assessment
Voodoo’s central mechanical question is which winning symbols expand and how the new full reels are settled. The dual-role Man and ten-round retrigger add two separate events that should be logged independently.
The official original and Dice pages support matching specifications. Availability, currency, active RTP and optional tools remain operator-specific.

How to verify the version you can actually open
A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.
Start with identity, then configuration
Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Endorphina, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.
When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.
Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration
Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.
Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.
Keep simulation figures in their proper scope
A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.
Audit a disputed round
If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.
Read the paytable as a calculation document
The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.
Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.
Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round
Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.
Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.
Confirm market and device behaviour independently
A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.
On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.
Keep a compact evidence record
For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.
Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.
Use limits that survive the feature design
Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.
No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.
Primary source and correction path
This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
