Urartu is a five-reel, three-row Endorphina slot with ten paylines. The supplier currently publishes 96.07% RTP, high volatility and a €0.10–€90 stake range. Three or more wheel Scatters trigger 15 Free Games, feature wins are tripled, and the mountain Wild can double a line when it substitutes.

The official product page was checked on 8 October 2026. It is evidence for the supplier specification, not proof that a New Zealand operator carries the title, accepts NZD at the same limits or exposes every optional control.

The ten enabled lines remain important in both the base game and feature. Follow each highlighted route from the first reel and use the live calculation. Similar pictures placed elsewhere on the grid do not create an extra award.

Scatter trigger and awards

The golden pendant or wheel acts as Scatter. Three copies start 15 Free Games, while five are listed at 500 times base bet. A five-symbol paytable award and the feature entry are distinct components; the round history should show whether both were credited.

Preserve the triggering grid, Scatter count, total stake and parent round ID before the transition animation. If a feature does not open, compare exact positions and the live help rather than assuming any three scattered pictures qualify under every build.

Fifteen Free Games and retriggers

All wins during the 15-spin feature are multiplied by three. Further Scatters can award the feature again. Track spins initially awarded, spins completed, remaining spins and every retrigger separately. This avoids reading an increased counter as a display error.

Do not triple the feature summary manually if the game has already applied its modifier. For each child spin, preserve the normal line amount, Wild effect if any, feature factor and final award. Add the final credited values once.

Mountain Wild doubling

The sunrise-over-Ararat mountain is Wild and substitutes for all regular symbols except Scatter. Endorphina lists five Wilds at 900 times base bet. The product FAQ also states that one or more Wilds in a winning combination double the win.

When several Wilds participate, do not infer stacking from the plural wording. Record each Wild position and consult the live calculation to see whether the line receives one double or multiple factors. A direct five-Wild award can also be evaluated differently from a substituted regular-symbol line.

Highest regular symbols

The man and woman are equal highest-paying regular symbols, each listed at 75 times base bet for five on a qualifying line. These values describe specific paytable combinations, not a documented title-wide maximum win.

Currency conversion needs the game’s base-bet definition. Save line count, denomination, total stake and the result in account currency. Do not multiply a headline figure by the deposit amount.

RTP and volatility

The published 96.07% RTP is a long-run theoretical value for the supplier configuration. It is not a per-session repayment rate. High volatility describes uneven distribution on Endorphina’s scale and cannot forecast when Free Games will arrive.

Open the deployed help and capture its RTP, game ID and version. If it shows a different figure, retain both values with source and date. Do not average configurations or silently choose the higher number.

Stake and currency boundaries

The €0.10–€90 range is supplier metadata. It does not establish NZD availability, cashier limits or legal access from New Zealand. Operators can alter denominations and caps. Use the monetary total displayed immediately before a spin.

On a ten-line game, distinguish line stake, coin value and total stake. Change one field at a time and observe the final commitment. A responsible session ceiling should be based on total currency exposure, particularly with high volatility.

Risk Game and Bonus Pop

The official page lists a Risk Game and Bonus Pop. A post-win risk is a separate wager: record the original prize, amount exposed, choice, outcome and final balance. It should not be described as part of the Free Games multiplier.

Bonus Pop may be unavailable in some jurisdictions. If present, save its cost, confirmation, starting state and any separate RTP disclosure. Its presence on a supplier page does not prove operator access.

Mobile and demo checks

Endorphina states that Urartu supports mobile play. In portrait mode, verify that the ten-line map, total stake, Scatter count, Wild positions and remaining spins remain readable. Cultural artwork should not hide multiplier labels or controls.

The official demo can explain sequence and terminology, but demo credits do not prove real-money availability or local limits. Confirm account-specific facts only after authentication.

Historical-theme boundaries

The theme refers to Urartu, an Iron Age kingdom centred around the Armenian Highlands. The slot artwork is entertainment rather than an academic reconstruction. A rules review should avoid treating costumes, symbols or supplier copy as settled historical evidence.

Our original illustration focuses on a mountain citadel and material culture rather than reproducing the game’s commercial artwork. Theme quality remains subjective; it does not change RTP or settlement rules.

Worked multiplier audit

Suppose a Free Game creates a five-symbol line using one mountain Wild. First record the ordinary paytable amount. Next identify the Wild substitution and any doubling shown by the server. Finally capture the feature’s ×3 step and the child-round total.

If two Wilds appear, use the detailed calculation rather than applying fourfold treatment automatically. At feature end, compare all child awards with the summary and wallet movement. Do not add the summary after already adding its components.

Common mistakes

The first error is describing five Scatters’ 500x as the universal feature value. The second is tripling an already tripled result. The third is allowing the mountain Wild to substitute for Scatter. Each conflicts with a specific rule boundary.

Another mistake is presenting 900x for five Wilds as the confirmed maximum win for the whole title. Finally, euro limits and provider demo access are not evidence of New Zealand real-money availability.

Evidence pack

Keep UTC time, operator, title, game ID, version, RTP, currency, total stake, balances and parent round ID. Add the Scatter grid, counters, retriggers, Wild positions, line calculations, multiplier stages, feature summary and wallet credit.

Store original captures privately and redact account identifiers before sharing. A useful support case identifies one child spin and the exact arithmetic that appears inconsistent.

Feature counter reconciliation

Use a chronological counter ledger whenever Free Games retrigger. For each child spin, write the counter before the spin, Fireplaces or wheel symbols that appear, any new spins awarded, and the counter after settlement. A counter can remain unchanged after one spin if that spin also adds another; this is not evidence that the game failed to advance.

At the end, compare spins actually recorded in history with the initial 15 plus all documented additions. Do not use elapsed animation time as a substitute for a count. If history groups several child rounds beneath one parent, request the expanded event list before deciding that a spin is missing.

Separating historical imagery from rules

The king, queen, stone animals and mountain support the Urartu theme, but only the live paytable assigns them values. A carved animal that resembles a Wild in the background does not substitute on the reels. Likewise, the mountain’s cultural significance does not alter its formal Wild exclusions.

This separation is useful for accessibility and translation. Refer to symbols by both visible description and provider function—such as “mountain Wild” or “wheel Scatter”—so a reader can locate the correct rule even if decorative labels change. Preserve the icon shown in help when a support case depends on symbol identity.

Questions for support

Ask which RTP configuration is active, how multiple Wilds are treated on one line and in what order Wild doubling and the feature ×3 are applied. Request the detailed child-round calculation rather than a generic game description.

For a disconnection, provide the parent round, UTC time and last visible counter. If Bonus Pop appears, ask whether it carries a distinct theoretical return. For blocked access, request the operator’s territory rule.

Short answers

What starts Free Games? Three or more wheel Scatters.

How many spins begin the feature? Fifteen.

Are feature wins multiplied? Yes, Endorphina publishes a ×3 feature modifier.

Can the feature retrigger? Yes.

Can the mountain replace Scatter? No.

Is Urartu confirmed at an NZ operator? Not by the supplier source alone.

Final assessment

Urartu’s calculation has three layers worth separating: ordinary ten-line awards, mountain-Wild doubling and the Free Games ×3 modifier. The official values are clear, but only the live loader can confirm the build and currency used by an account.

Preserve the multiplier stages and retriggers. That record turns a dramatic animation into a calculation that can be independently checked.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Endorphina, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
