Undine's Deep by Endorphina: triple prizes and Fish Wild rules
A source-led dive into the ten-line game's Scatter awards, retriggerable Free Games and Wild-based doubling.
Supplier sources below. Operator eligibility needs a separate check.

Undine’s Deep is a five-reel, three-row slot with ten paylines. Endorphina publishes 96.07% RTP, high volatility and a €0.10–€90 supplier range. Three Scatters start 15 Free Games, all feature prizes are tripled, and a Golden Fish Wild doubles a win when it substitutes.
These statements come from the official product page checked on 8 October 2026. They do not prove access at a New Zealand operator, NZD limits or identical optional controls in a live account.

Base-game line wins require qualifying adjacent positions on an enabled line. Scatter awards are evaluated differently: the provider states that two Scatters already pay according to the table, while three begin the feature.
Scatter awards and trigger boundary
Two Scatters produce a paytable award but do not start Free Games. Three Scatters award 15 Free Games. Five Scatters are listed at 500 times base bet. These three statements describe different outcomes and must not be collapsed into one “Scatter bonus”.
For evidence, save the full grid and exact Scatter count. Record whether the server treated the result as a cash award, feature trigger or both. The line display and feature counter settle the distinction.
Fifteen retriggerable Free Games
The feature begins with 15 spins and can retrigger. All prizes during Free Games are multiplied by three. Record the initial counter, every child spin, new Scatters and any added spins. Separate spins awarded, spins played and spins remaining.
The blanket threefold feature modifier should be visible in the server calculation. Do not manually triple the feature summary if the displayed total already includes it. Reconciliation should add settled child awards once.
Golden Fish Wild
The Golden Fish substitutes for regular symbols except Scatter. When it substitutes in a winning combination, the win is doubled. Five Fish Wilds are listed at 900 times base bet. A line made entirely of Fish may therefore use a direct Wild pay rather than a substituted-symbol calculation.
For each affected line, note the Fish position, symbol replaced, base line award, doubling and any feature-wide ×3 modifier. Do not guess the order of operations; use the live calculation. If more than one Fish appears, confirm whether doubling stacks instead of assuming.
Highest regular symbols
Starfish and sea urchin share the highest regular-symbol value, each paying 75 times base bet for five on a qualifying line. That figure is not the game’s overall maximum-win statement and should not be advertised as one.
The monetary value depends on the game’s base-bet definition. Copy line count, denomination and total stake before conversion. The wallet credit is the authoritative result if an animation rounds or abbreviates numbers.
RTP and high volatility
The published 96.07% RTP describes a long-run theoretical configuration. It cannot predict the next Scatter, Wild or session return. High volatility indicates uneven outcomes on the provider scale and supports tighter budget controls, not claims that larger awards are assured.
Check the loader’s help for game ID, version and RTP. If another percentage appears, preserve both dated sources and label their scopes. Do not use the supplier figure to overwrite a different live configuration.
Stake range and local currency
The provider’s €0.10–€90 range is euro metadata. It does not establish NZD stakes, cashier limits or local access. Operators may alter denominations and maximums. Confirm the actual total stake in the authenticated screen.
With ten paylines, distinguish total stake from any line-based unit. Change a single control and watch the total before playing. Set loss and time limits in real currency, particularly because high volatility can produce long uneven sequences.
Risk Game and Bonus Pop
Endorphina lists a Risk Game and Bonus Pop. A post-win risk is a separate decision that can reduce the original award. Save pre-risk win, exposed amount, selection, outcome and final balance.
Bonus Pop availability may vary. If displayed, capture its price, confirmation, entry state and any separate RTP. A paid feature does not prove the natural trigger rate and should not be described as available in New Zealand without operator evidence.
Mobile and demo checks
The title is presented as mobile compatible. Test portrait legibility for all five reels, Scatter count, Fish position, total stake, remaining spins and multipliers. Underwater effects must not obscure the line breakdown.
Demo mode can demonstrate sequence, but its credits and controls are not proof of a real-money build. Confirm account currency, enabled options and game version after authentication.
Worked multiplier audit
Suppose a feature spin creates a qualifying starfish line using one Fish Wild. Record the ordinary paytable line, then the Wild’s doubling, then the Free Games ×3 treatment exactly as the server orders them. Save the final child award.
Do not multiply the wallet credit again. If two Fish symbols participate, consult the calculation to learn whether multiple doubles stack. The official overview confirms a doubled win when the Fish substitutes, but a complex settlement should rely on live help.
Common mistakes
The first error is saying two Scatters trigger Free Games; they only pay according to the table. The second is adding a ×3 after the feature summary already includes it. The third is allowing the Fish to replace Scatter.
Another mistake is describing 900x for five Wilds as a confirmed title-wide cap. It is a paytable entry. Finally, euro endpoints and mobile compatibility do not prove New Zealand real-money availability.
Evidence pack
Keep UTC time, operator, title, game ID, version, RTP, currency, total stake, balances and round IDs. Add Scatter count, counters, retriggers, Fish positions, highlighted lines, multiplier sequence, feature total and wallet credit.
Retain uncropped originals privately and remove personal identifiers from shared files. A good dispute package isolates one round and shows exactly where the expected calculation diverges.
Building a multiplier worksheet
Use one row per winning payline. Record the ordinary symbol value, number of matching symbols and the monetary base line result. Add a Fish column showing whether the Wild actually substituted on that route. Add a feature column only when the round belongs to the 15-spin sequence. The final column should reproduce the server award without applying any factor twice.
This worksheet is particularly useful when several lines share one Fish. The Wild’s visual presence does not create one global double; each qualifying line needs its own calculation. Likewise, the feature’s ×3 description does not mean the displayed feature total should be tripled after the fact. If the calculation view omits an intermediate number, preserve the full round and ask support for its arithmetic rather than filling the gap with an assumption.
Connection loss during Free Games
An interrupted animation does not prove that remaining spins or a retrigger were lost. Reopen the game, note whether the sequence resumes, and then inspect account history. Record the last visible counter, closing balance before interruption and first balance after reconnection. Avoid starting unrelated rounds until the feature state is clear.
If history shows a completed feature but no child detail, request the parent round, all child-round awards, Scatter events and terminal credit. Give UTC time and game ID. This lets support distinguish a display recovery problem from a settlement problem and avoids relying on a remembered underwater animation.
Questions for support
Ask which RTP configuration is active, whether multiple Fish doubles stack, and in what order Fish and feature multipliers apply. Request a child-round calculation for any disputed line.
For disconnections, provide parent round ID, UTC time and last visible counter. If Bonus Pop appears, ask whether it uses a different RTP. If access is blocked, request the operator’s territory rule.
Ask the reply to separate the ordinary paytable award, Fish substitution factor and Free Games factor. A single final number cannot show whether the disputed multiplier was recognised. With those three stages and the child-round identifier, the answer can be checked independently against the preserved line.
Short answers
Do two Scatters start the feature? No. They pay according to the table; three trigger 15 spins.
Are feature prizes multiplied? Yes, the official page states all Free Games prizes are ×3.
Can the feature retrigger? Yes.
What does the Fish do? It substitutes for regular symbols and doubles a win when substituting.
Can the Fish replace Scatter? No.
Is 96.07% guaranteed per session? No; it is a long-run theoretical reference.
Final assessment
Undine’s Deep combines three distinct arithmetic layers: Scatter count, Fish substitution doubling and the Free Games ×3 modifier. A trustworthy review keeps those layers separate and follows the server’s order of operations.
Verify the active RTP and stake units before play. During Free Games, preserve each Wild position and child calculation so the final balance can be reconstructed accurately.

How to verify the version you can actually open
A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.
Start with identity, then configuration
Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Endorphina, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.
When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.
Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration
Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.
Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.
Keep simulation figures in their proper scope
A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.
Audit a disputed round
If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.
Read the paytable as a calculation document
The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.
Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.
Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round
Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.
Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.
Confirm market and device behaviour independently
A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.
On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.
Keep a compact evidence record
For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.
Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.
Use limits that survive the feature design
Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.
No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.
Primary source and correction path
This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
