Ultra Fresh by Endorphina: compact paytable and RTP evidence
A source-led guide to the five-line 3×3 layout, matching-symbol payments, full-grid modifier, stake scale and round-history checks.
Supplier sources below. Operator eligibility needs a separate check.

Ultra Fresh is a compact three-reel, three-row Endorphina slot with five paylines. The official page lists 96.01% RTP, low volatility and a €0.05–€200 supplier stake range. Its core optional mechanic is a post-win Risk Game; the page does not advertise Free Games, Wilds, Scatters or Bonus Pop.
The specification was checked on 8 October 2026. It describes the provider’s catalogue version, not guaranteed access or limits at a New Zealand operator. Confirm the title, build and currency in the help loaded for the account.

Five lines usually mean three horizontal routes and two diagonals, but the exact map must be taken from current help. Symbols must form a valid combination on an enabled line. Similar icons scattered around the small grid are not automatically combined.
The double-seven award
The double-seven is the highest published symbol. Three on a qualifying line pay 150 times base bet. Three Stars are listed at 40x and three BAR symbols at 12x. These are paytable entries for exact patterns, not a confirmed title-wide maximum.
When several lines win together, inspect each route and add only the credited amounts. A shared centre symbol can participate in more than one line, while the game’s settlement panel determines how overlapping wins are counted.
Full-grid multiplier
Endorphina’s FAQ says that when the same symbol fills every position of the 3×3 grid, the win is multiplied by two. This is a special all-nine condition; a screen containing several different winning lines does not necessarily qualify.
To audit it, save all nine symbols, the normal line breakdown, the multiplier label and final round value. Determine whether the interface first totals the line wins and then applies 2×. Do not add a doubled headline total to the underlying awards again.
RTP interpretation
The 96.01% RTP is a theoretical long-run value for the cited configuration. It is not a refund promise for an individual session and does not tell a player when a 150x line will occur. Low volatility describes Endorphina’s distribution category rather than a guarantee of frequent profit.
Check the deployed help for a different RTP option. If another figure appears, record it with operator, URL, game ID and date. Reviews should not silently substitute the supplier figure for the version actually used by the account.
Stake scale
The supplier lists €0.05–€200, an unusually broad ratio between minimum and maximum. It does not establish an NZD range or local currency support. The only safe stake for a round is the final amount displayed in the active interface.
Identify whether the control changes total stake, coin value or a base-bet unit. Because paytable values are stated as multiples of base bet, assuming that this equals the wallet deduction can produce a large calculation error. Change one setting and compare the commitment before proceeding.
Risk Game boundaries
After a winning spin, the Risk Game may let a player expose an already settled award for another outcome. It is a new decision, not an extension of the original 3×3 paytable. Save the initial prize, amount placed at risk, selected option, outcome and ending balance.
The feature can increase variance even though the reel game is labelled low volatility. Declining it preserves the prior settlement. A responsible review should explain that distinction rather than treating the risk prompt as routine play.
What the game does not document
The current official feature list does not name a Wild, Scatter, Free Games or Bonus Pop. Do not import those mechanics from another fruit slot merely because the symbols and presentation look familiar. Absence from the cited page should be recorded as “not documented”, not turned into a universal claim about every historical build.
Likewise, the official page does not establish a New Zealand operator, NZD support or a legal-access conclusion. Those questions require operator and territorial evidence outside the product listing.
Mobile readability
Endorphina identifies Ultra Fresh as mobile compatible. The compact grid should fit portrait mode, but the important test is whether the total stake, line map, base-bet explanation and Risk Game choice remain legible. Magnified symbols are not a substitute for visible numbers.
Rotate the device, background the browser during a demo round and return. Confirm that the server history retains the same round ID and result. If the animation restarts, do not infer that a second wager occurred.
Reconstructing a round
Record opening balance, total stake, UTC time, round ID and all nine symbols. Note each winning line and its published multiplier. If the same symbol fills the grid, capture the moment when the 2× modifier is applied and the final credit.
The arithmetic should reconcile as opening balance minus stake plus final win equals closing balance, allowing for no other wallet events. If a Risk Game follows, start a second ledger line so its wager and outcome do not obscure the reel settlement.
Example audit path
Imagine the centre horizontal line shows three Stars while a diagonal shows three BARs. Record the base-bet value and the individual 40x and 12x awards displayed by the server. Do not infer a full-grid multiplier because two lines won; all nine positions would need the same symbol.
If nine double sevens appear, the live calculation should show how the five line awards and special 2× state interact. Use that output rather than multiplying 150 by an assumed number of lines and then doubling it manually.
Common mistakes
The first mistake is calling the low-volatility label a low-risk financial product. Stakes remain real and outcomes random. The second is describing 150x as a global win cap. It is only the highest named three-symbol line value.
Other errors include inventing a Scatter, applying 2× to any multi-line result, treating €200 as an NZD limit and claiming the Risk Game improves a short session’s RTP. None is supported by the page.
Evidence for support
Keep the operator domain, exact title, version, RTP, currency, total stake, base-bet label, balances and round ID. For a paytable dispute, include the nine-cell grid, line highlights, multiplier step and result detail.
Send one focused calculation with unedited originals. Redact personal account data in public copies. If the operator cannot provide line-level history, ask for the server event associated with the identified round.
Responsible controls
Choose a monetary loss limit and a session duration before the first paid spin. The wide supplier stake range makes accidental escalation particularly important to prevent. Verify the total after every control change.
Consider disabling the Risk Game. Stop when the chosen limit is reached; a nearly complete fruit pattern or recent full-grid result does not change the probability of the next independent round.
Questions for support
Ask which RTP profile is loaded, how the five lines are drawn, what “base bet” means in account currency and how the full-grid 2× is ordered relative to line awards. For the Risk Game, request its own rules and transaction record.
If access is blocked, ask the operator for its territorial rule. The global supplier demo is not evidence that real-money play is permitted in a particular location.
Five-line verification card
Draw the deployed line map once and keep it beside the round log: top, middle, bottom and the two diagonals if that is what current help shows. For each result, mark only complete three-symbol routes. This compact method makes the grid independently readable and exposes whether an apparent award came from a horizontal line, a diagonal or the separate all-nine condition.
When accessibility settings enlarge the browser, confirm that line highlights do not disappear outside the viewport. A textual result list with symbol names and multipliers is preferable to colour alone. If the operator offers no accessible breakdown, note that limitation in the review instead of assuming every reader can distinguish flashing paths.
Short answers
How large is the grid? Three reels by three rows.
How many lines are listed? Five.
What is the official RTP? 96.01% for the cited configuration.
What is the highest named triple? Double sevens at 150x base bet.
When does 2× apply? When the same symbol fills all nine positions, according to the official FAQ.
Are Free Games listed? No.
Final assessment
Ultra Fresh is small enough to audit cell by cell. Its essential boundaries are the five enabled routes, the difference between base bet and total stake, and the special all-nine multiplier. Those details matter more than the familiar fruit theme.
Verify the active help and keep Risk Game events separate. With that discipline, every stage of a disputed round can be checked without invented mechanics.

How to verify the version you can actually open
A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.
Start with identity, then configuration
Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Endorphina, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.
When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.
Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration
Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.
Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.
Keep simulation figures in their proper scope
A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.
Audit a disputed round
If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.
Read the paytable as a calculation document
The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.
Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.
Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round
Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.
Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.
Confirm market and device behaviour independently
A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.
On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.
Keep a compact evidence record
For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.
Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.
Use limits that survive the feature design
Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.
No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.
Primary source and correction path
This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
