Geisha is a five-reel, three-row Endorphina slot with 25 paylines. The provider publishes 96.06% RTP, medium-high volatility and a €0.25–€200 supplier stake range. Three Temple Scatters start ten Free Games, and every free spin adds two Geisha Jokers carrying multipliers.

This guide uses the official product page checked on 8 October 2026. It does not claim that the title is offered by a New Zealand operator, that euro limits translate directly to NZD or that Bonus Pop is enabled in every deployment.

Wins follow enabled paylines, so matching pictures must occupy the required adjacent positions. Save the highlighted line and provider calculation. Visual proximity without a valid 25-line route is not enough.

Temple Scatter and Free Games

Three Temple Scatters trigger ten Free Games. Additional Temples can retrigger the feature. The provider also lists a five-Scatter award of 200 times base bet. That award is a paytable entry, not a statement that every three-Temple trigger pays 200x.

Record the triggering grid, number of Scatters, base stake, initial spin count and every retrigger. If the counter changes, preserve the event that caused it. This avoids confusing awarded, played and remaining spins.

Two Geisha Jokers on every free spin

During Free Games, two Geisha Jokers appear on each spin. Each substitutes for regular symbols and carries a ×1, ×2 or ×3 multiplier. The exact settlement of a line containing one or both Jokers should be read from the game’s live explanation and round detail rather than inferred from the animation.

For auditing, note each Joker’s reel, row and displayed value. Then copy the qualifying line, its unmultiplied amount, the multipliers the server applied and the final award. If two Jokers participate, do not assume values add or multiply until the help or calculation shows the method.

Base-game Wild and exclusions

The Koi is Wild and substitutes for paying symbols except the Temple Scatter. Five Koi Wilds are listed at 40 times base bet. This is distinct from the Geisha Jokers used in Free Games: they have visible multiplier roles and should be logged separately.

Two geisha picture symbols lead the ordinary paytable examples. The yellow-background symbol pays 32 times base bet for five, while the blue-background symbol pays 24 times. These values do not establish a universal maximum win.

RTP and volatility

The published RTP of 96.06% is a mathematical long-run reference. It cannot forecast an individual run of spins or compensate a player after a short loss. Medium-high volatility signals a more uneven distribution on Endorphina’s scale, not a schedule for Temple triggers.

The deployed loader may contain a different configuration. Save the game ID, version and RTP shown inside help. If it differs from the provider page, label both values with their scope and date; never present one as silently replacing the other.

Stake range and 25-line budgeting

The listed €0.25–€200 range is supplier metadata. It does not confirm local currency, minimum deposit or a New Zealand ceiling. Check the authenticated game for total stake, coin value, line stake and permitted increments.

With 25 lines, unit clarity is essential. A displayed “1” could describe coins, line stake or total stake depending on the interface. Change one control at a time and observe the total. Set a session limit in money, not in ambiguous credits.

Bonus Pop and Risk Game

Endorphina lists Bonus Pop and a Risk Game. Availability can vary. If Bonus Pop appears, save its purchase price, confirmation, starting state and any alternative RTP. A purchased route should not be used to estimate natural Temple frequency.

A Risk Game takes an already awarded amount and exposes it to another result. Preserve the original prize and the sum risked. The correct session ledger separates base win, risk decision, risk outcome and settled balance.

Mobile and interface review

The provider states mobile support. Test whether all five reels, 25-line information, total stake, Joker values and remaining Free Games are legible in portrait mode. Bright artwork must not hide a ×1, ×2 or ×3 label.

Check focus, sound-independent feedback and confirmation controls. If a tap can purchase a feature or gamble a win, the interface should make that choice clear before commitment. Rotate the screen during demo mode to see whether feature state persists.

Cultural presentation

The game’s title and imagery draw on Japanese cultural motifs. A useful review describes mechanics without presenting costume, architecture or music as factual education about Japan. The editorial artwork therefore uses a landscape and objects, not a caricatured person.

Mechanics should be named exactly as the provider names them—Temple Scatter, Koi Wild and Geisha Joker—while commentary remains neutral and specific. Theme preference is subjective and should not be converted into a quality score.

Worked feature audit

Assume three Temples start ten spins. Record the parent round and initial counter. On each spin, list the two Joker positions and values, winning lines and awarded amount. If another set of Temples lands, note the added spins and new counter immediately.

At completion, total the server-recorded child awards once and compare them with the feature summary. Do not add both the individual awards and summary to the session balance. When a Joker multiplier looks missing, first confirm that the Joker actually belonged to the highlighted payline.

Common interpretation errors

The most frequent error is treating every special woman symbol as the same Wild. The base Koi and feature Jokers have different roles. Another is assuming ×3 affects the entire screen; the live pay calculation determines which qualifying route receives it.

Players also confuse five-Scatter 200x with the trigger value, or describe ten spins as the maximum even though retriggers are documented. Finally, the provider’s euro limits should not be converted into a claim about NZD access.

Evidence pack for a dispute

Keep UTC time, operator, title, game ID, version, currency, denomination, total stake, balances and parent round ID. Add the Temple grid, spin counter, Joker positions and values, highlighted line calculations, retriggers, feature total and wallet credit.

Retain original files privately and redact personal identifiers from public copies. A support request should specify the exact child spin and line, not merely say that a multiplier felt wrong.

Separating Joker value from line value

A ×3 label belongs to the Joker, not automatically to every symbol, line or spin. Start with the ordinary paytable value for the highlighted combination and identify whether that Joker occupies one of its positions. Only then compare the provider’s multiplier step with the final line award. Repeat this process for each winning line because the same Joker can visually sit near a route without participating in it.

When both Jokers touch one highlighted route, capture the detailed settlement rather than deriving the outcome from the labels alone. The useful evidence is the server’s base line value, applied factor and final currency result. This also distinguishes a genuine calculation issue from a display where the multiplier has already been included.

Questions for support

Ask which RTP build is active, whether Joker multipliers add or multiply when both participate in one win, and how the interface defines base bet. Request the full feature event log for a disconnected or disputed sequence.

If Bonus Pop is visible, ask whether it carries a separate RTP. If the game is unavailable, ask for the operator or territory reason rather than treating the provider demo as proof of entitlement.

Before closing the case, ask support to name the exact child spin and payline in its reply. A response that only repeats the headline feature rules cannot resolve a disputed multiplier. Matching identifiers let the player compare the operator’s calculation with the saved Joker positions without exposing unrelated account history.

Short answers

What triggers Free Games? Three Temple Scatters start ten.

Can Free Games retrigger? Yes, the official page states Temples can retrigger them.

How many Jokers appear? Two Geisha Jokers are placed on every free spin.

What multipliers do they carry? ×1, ×2 or ×3.

Is the Koi a Scatter? No. It is the base-game Wild and excludes the Temple Scatter.

Is the game confirmed in New Zealand? Not by the supplier page alone.

Final assessment

Geisha’s reviewable core is a clear three-Temple trigger followed by ten retriggerable spins and two multiplier Jokers per spin. Accurate reporting depends on distinguishing those Jokers from the Koi Wild and tracing multipliers only through valid paylines.

Confirm the live RTP, stake units and optional routes before play. During the feature, preserve each Joker and retrigger so the final credit can be reconstructed without guesswork.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Endorphina, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
