Fresh Crush: cascades, diamond Free Games and multipliers

Fresh Crush evaluates symbol counts anywhere on a 6×5 grid, removes winning symbols and continues the cascade. Its Free Games add delayed multipliers and firecrackers, so a complete audit needs one row for every tumble rather than one total per paid spin.

Fresh Crush is a six-reel, five-row Endorphina game using scatter payouts rather than paylines. The official product record checked on 8 October 2026 lists 96.07% RTP, high volatility, a €0.20–€80 reference stake range and Approved status. Winning symbols disappear, replacements fall, and evaluation continues within the same paid spin.

Four or more blue diamond Bonus symbols award 10 Free Games. During the feature, multipliers from 2× to 100× can join a cascade, while firecrackers remove additional positions.

Count-anywhere wins

Every ordinary symbol counts regardless of position. When enough copies of one symbol land, only the longest qualifying combination for that symbol is paid. There is no fixed path to trace from the leftmost reel.

Record the symbol type, number present and paytable tier. Do not split a count of 12 into separate eight- and four-symbol wins unless current help explicitly says multiple tiers pay. The provider wording supports the longest combination only.

The blue diamond is also the Bonus/Scatter and top-listed special symbol. Gold stars are listed at 50× base bet for 12 or more, while bells are listed at 25× for 12 or more. Use the complete loaded paytable for every other count threshold.

Cascading sequence

After a qualifying award, the involved ordinary symbols disappear. Remaining cells stay, new symbols fall into the gaps, and the 6×5 grid is evaluated again. Several awards can therefore belong to one paid spin.

Label the initial grid G0 and each replacement G1, G2 and onward. For every stage, save winning symbol counts, award, removed coordinates and next grid. Stop only when a grid contains no new qualifying win.

The history credit is usually inclusive of the full cascade chain. Do not add the running total to each component again. A screenshot of the last grid alone cannot reconstruct earlier removals.

Bonus diamonds

Bonus diamonds participate at the end of a winning cascade when enough are present, according to the provider description. Four or more award 10 Free Games with extra multipliers.

Record when each diamond enters the grid and when the trigger is evaluated. A diamond visible before an ordinary cascade may remain through several stages; it should not be counted as newly landed on every replacement.

During Free Games, three or more Bonus symbols add five games. Keep retrigger diamonds and ordinary count-anywhere symbols in separate ledger fields.

Free Games multipliers

Multipliers from 2× to 100× may land during Free Games. They remain inactive until the end of a winning cascade, when the visible factors are summed and applied to that cascade’s winnings.

Use addition, not multiplication, if the loaded help matches the provider wording. For example, 2× and 5× produce a total factor of 7× rather than 10×. Preserve the interface’s own calculation when reconciling a real round.

A multiplier on a grid that produces no qualifying ordinary win does not create a standalone prize. Record it as visible but unapplied unless current help states otherwise.

Firecracker removal

Firecrackers can appear on the reels and explode, removing symbols from the same row and reel while excluding multipliers and Bonus symbols. The blast can change the next replacement grid and extend a cascade.

Capture the board before the explosion, the affected row and reel, protected special symbols and the resulting gaps. This demonstrates which symbols were removed by a win and which were removed by the firecracker.

Do not award the firecracker a paytable value unless one is shown. Its primary published role is positional removal.

Full feature ledger

Open the feature with 10 remaining games. For each feature spin, create nested cascade rows. The outer row contains spin number, pre-spin counter and retriggers. Inner rows contain grid stage, ordinary award, multiplier symbols, applied multiplier and firecracker changes.

At the end of the feature, add settled cascade awards once and compare them with the final feature total and account history. A counter that gains five after three Bonus symbols should be recorded separately from any cascade credit on the same spin.

This structure also helps support distinguish an apparent missing multiplier from a multiplier that landed on a non-winning terminal grid.

Risk Game and Bonus Pop

Classic Risk may permit up to ten doubling decisions on an eligible settled award. It occurs after settlement and does not form another cascade. Separate its debit and result from the reel ledger.

Bonus Pop is listed, with availability depending on casino and jurisdiction. If a control appears, save its cost, starting feature state, displayed RTP and terms. Do not assume it is present in New Zealand or that it leaves the mathematical setting unchanged.

RTP and high volatility

The published 96.07% RTP is theoretical over extensive play. It cannot indicate when four diamonds, a 100× multiplier or a long cascade will appear. High volatility is a distribution category, not a recovery schedule.

If the live help shows another RTP, record that configured value and timestamp. Do not blend it with the supplier page. The euro wager range likewise cannot be converted into a confirmed NZD limit.

Mobile and demo checks

The official Endorphina page offers demo access and describes mobile support. A permitted demo can establish grid flow, but not real-money availability through a New Zealand account.

On a phone, confirm that all six columns and five rows remain visible, particularly the outer reels. Check the Free Games counter, multiplier labels, total bet and cascade total in both orientations. Cropping the sixth reel can invalidate a symbol count.

For support, save title, version, RTP, stake, currency, G0 and every later grid, diamond coordinates, multiplier arithmetic, firecracker states, feature counter, round ID and history credit.

Worked cascade example

Assume G0 contains ten cherries and four diamonds. The cherries meet a paytable threshold and disappear; the diamonds stay while replacements create G1. If G1 contains eight plums, that award resolves and those cells disappear. The feature trigger is then evaluated according to the loaded sequence.

During Free Games, suppose a 2× and 10× multiplier survive to the end of a winning cascade worth 4× stake. Under an additive factor rule, the displayed multiplier is 12× and applies to that cascade win. The record should retain the unmultiplied 4×, factors 2 and 10, applied total 12 and settled result.

If a firecracker also appears, list its removal after the appropriate evaluation stage. Never infer the order solely from the final empty cells.

Comparison with line games

Fresh Crush does not require adjacent symbols on a payline. Six matching fruits scattered across non-adjacent reels can contribute to the same count if they satisfy a published tier. This is fundamentally different from Hot Puzzle or Cyber Wolf, where fixed path order controls ordinary wins.

That distinction should appear in search snippets and internal links so readers do not bring a line-game mental model to the 6×5 cascade grid.

Cascade replay checklist

Before leaving a completed round, check whether history offers a replay. A useful replay must show the initial 30 cells, every removed group, replacement symbols, diamonds retained between stages, multiplier activation and firecracker effects. Screen recording may help, but a structured written grid remains easier to audit.

Give each cascade a stable identifier such as R17-G0, R17-G1 and R17-G2. If support supplies only the final inclusive amount, the identifiers let you explain exactly which component needs clarification. Keep the original account currency and decimal precision; rounding individual stages can otherwise create a false discrepancy.

Do not generate extra paid rounds merely to reproduce a rare feature. One complete permitted observation, combined with the supplier rules and round history, is more responsible and often more informative than a large uncontrolled sample. Stop at the pre-set session boundary even when several diamonds or a high multiplier have recently appeared.

Common mistakes

  • Looking for paylines in a scatter-pay game.
  • Paying more than the longest tier for one symbol count.
  • Counting a retained diamond as newly landed after every cascade.
  • Multiplying multiplier symbols together instead of checking the additive rule.
  • Applying a multiplier when no cascade win exists.
  • Allowing firecrackers to remove protected Bonus or multiplier symbols.
  • Treating every cascade as a new paid spin.
  • Claiming NZD stakes from euro supplier metadata.

Final assessment

Fresh Crush requires nested evidence: one paid spin can contain several symbol-count evaluations, replacement grids and special removals. Free Games then add delayed multiplier arithmetic and five-spin retriggers.

The official page supports the 6×5 structure, 96.07% RTP and headline feature rules. The loaded build remains the authority for exact thresholds, event order, Bonus Pop, currency and local access.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Endorphina, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
