Cricket Heroes by Endorphina: Ball Wild and x3 Free Games guide
Cricket Heroes doubles line wins that use its Ball Wild, while three or more Bonus symbols start retriggerable Free Games where all prizes use a x3 multiplier.
Supplier sources below. Operator eligibility needs a separate check.

Cricket Heroes uses five reels, three rows and twenty-one paylines. Endorphina publishes 96.00% RTP, low volatility and a €0.21–€189 supplier range. The Cricket Ball is Wild and doubles any winning combination in which it substitutes.
Three or more Bonus symbols trigger Free Games. During the feature, all prizes are multiplied by three and the feature can retrigger with the same bet and lines as the initiating spin.

Twenty-one-line base play
Regular matches need adjacent reels from the left on enabled lines. Scatter symbols count anywhere. Only the highest combination per line is paid, while Scatter and line wins can be added.
The blue-shirt and red-shirt players are published high ordinary examples at 6× base bet for five. Their equal stated value is not an error to “correct”; preserve the official paytable and record any different live configuration separately.
Save the 21-line overlay, total stake and one simple settlement. Twenty-one paths can overlap, so identify each highlighted line instead of counting visible groups by eye.
Cricket Ball Wild doubling
The Ball substitutes for all regular symbols except Scatter. If one or more Balls substitute in a winning combination, that win is doubled.
The phrase “one or more” supports one ×2 treatment for the combination, not repeated doubling for every Ball. Do not turn two Balls into ×4 unless the live help explicitly says so.
Record line value, Ball positions, displayed factor and final line credit. Unrelated natural lines on the same spin should not be doubled merely because a Ball appears elsewhere.
Bonus symbol awards and trigger
Three Bonus symbols pay 15× base bet, four pay 30× and five pay 45×. Three or more also trigger Free Games. Capture the trigger grid, Bonus count, award and opening counter.
The public page does not state the initial number of Free Games in the visible summary, so do not invent it. Read the current help and feature screen. The feature can retrigger, and the same stake and lines apply.
At completion, check whether the 15×, 30× or 45× trigger award is included in the feature summary before adding it to history.
x3 Free Games
All prizes during Free Games are multiplied by three according to Endorphina. The Ball Wild can also double a qualifying line. The live result panel should show how those factors combine when both apply.
Record the base line amount, Ball involvement, feature factor and final credit. Do not automatically apply ×6 to the whole spin; the Wild double belongs only to combinations that use it, while ×3 applies to feature prizes.
For retriggers, capture the counter before and after the Bonus symbols land. Preserve the parent round ID so added spins remain linked to the original paid trigger.
Feature ledger
Use columns for free-spin number, Bonus count, counter change, Ball positions, winning line, pre-factor line value, Wild double, feature ×3 and final credit. This makes factor composition transparent.
If the result panel gives only final values, record them without reverse-engineering unsupported intermediate amounts. Help text plus displayed settlement is stronger evidence than guessed arithmetic.
Compare the ledger total with the feature summary and server history. A network interruption should be resolved through history, not by replaying the stake.
Risk and Bonus Pop
Classic Risk can allow up to ten doubling decisions after an eligible win. It is separate from Ball Wild doubling and feature ×3. Put Risk outcomes in a distinct ledger section.
Bonus Pop is listed but can be jurisdiction-dependent. If visible, capture cost and conditions before use. Paid entry does not establish natural Bonus-symbol frequency.
For a baseline audit, decline Risk and optional purchases. This leaves only the game’s native line and feature factors.
RTP, low volatility and stakes
The 96.00% RTP is theoretical and long-run. It does not predict the next Free Games trigger or validate results from a small sample. Verify the active setting in live help.
Low volatility is the provider’s category; it is not a guarantee of steady returns or small losses. Feature results can still vary, and no symbol becomes due.
The €0.21–€189 range is in euros. Do not relabel it as NZD. Record the actual account currency, total debit, increment and maximum.
Mobile and demo checks
The official page provides demo access and describes device compatibility. A demo can reveal the line map and factor labels but cannot prove real-money availability or the same configuration.
On mobile, verify that the 21-line map, Bonus counter, ×3 label, stake and history are readable. A bright ball trail must not obscure the final settled grid.
Save title, provider, version, RTP, currency, limits, domain and date. For a dispute, add the round ID, trigger award, retrigger frames and final summary.
Common mistakes
- Multiplying twice for two Ball Wilds on one line.
- Doubling natural lines that do not use the Ball.
- Applying ×6 to the entire feature spin without evidence.
- Inventing an initial Free Games count.
- Counting the Bonus award twice.
- Mixing Risk doubles with game multipliers.
- Converting euro limits into NZD.
Worked factor example
Assume a Free Games line has a paytable value of two units before feature treatment and the Cricket Ball substitutes in that combination. The public rules identify two factors: the Ball doubles the qualifying combination and all feature prizes use ×3. If the loaded help confirms multiplication, the result panel should show the equivalent of 2 × 2 × 3. The actual currency value still depends on the live base-bet definition.
This is a verification model, not a promise. If the result screen shows a different amount, stop and inspect the current help rather than forcing the example onto the deployment. Certified settings or wording may differ.
Handling multiple Ball Wilds
The provider says one or more Wilds in a combination double the win. Therefore, two or three Balls on the same line should not automatically create repeated powers of two. Record the single displayed Wild factor and the final line credit.
Different winning lines can each use the same Ball position. Each line may receive its own qualifying double, but the shared symbol does not produce a third, separate payout. Use the result list to prevent duplication.
Trigger-award reconciliation
Three, four and five Bonus symbols have published values of 15×, 30× and 45× base bet. Build the parent-round total from the exact count shown on the trigger grid. Then identify where the Free Games summary begins.
If a retrigger also carries a Bonus-symbol award, record it on the relevant free-spin row. Determine whether the ×3 feature factor applies to that award from current help and settlement; the public summary alone does not state every accounting detail.
Twenty-one-line evidence sheet
Because the game has an unusual count of twenty-one lines, do not substitute a twenty-line diagram from another Endorphina title. Save the exact Cricket Heroes overlay. For each audited result, note line number, coordinates, natural player symbol, Ball positions and final displayed amount.
This sheet makes equal 6× five-of-a-kind examples for the red- and blue-shirt players easier to verify. Equal published values should remain equal in the article unless the live paytable shows a dated configuration difference.
Session limits and sports imagery
The cricket setting has no connection to real match betting, athlete performance or an upcoming event. Outcomes remain game results, and a glowing ball trajectory does not carry information about the next spin.
Choose a loss limit and duration before opening the game. Do not chase a Bonus trigger, a Ball-assisted line or a retrigger. Interface research should use a permitted demo whenever possible, with real-money play reserved for an independently chosen entertainment budget.
Final assessment
A compact support package
For a disputed feature, provide the trigger grid, Bonus count, initial counter, one screenshot showing the ×3 state, every retrigger and the final history entry. Add the round ID and timestamp. Avoid sending a long video when five labelled frames explain the same sequence more clearly.
If the issue concerns Ball doubling, include the exact highlighted line and paytable value. This lets support distinguish a line calculation question from a balance-credit or display problem without requesting private login information.
Cricket Heroes is primarily a factor-separation exercise. The Ball doubles only combinations it supports, the feature applies ×3 to its prizes, and Bonus symbols carry both an award and trigger role.
The official page supports the 5×3, 21-line profile, 96.00% RTP, low volatility and retriggerable feature. Live help remains decisive for the initial spin count and factor display.

How to verify the version you can actually open
A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.
Start with identity, then configuration
Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Endorphina, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.
When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.
Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration
Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.
Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.
Keep simulation figures in their proper scope
A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.
Audit a disputed round
If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.
Read the paytable as a calculation document
The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.
Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.
Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round
Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.
Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.
Confirm market and device behaviour independently
A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.
On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.
Keep a compact evidence record
For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.
Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.
Use limits that survive the feature design
Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.
No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.
Primary source and correction path
This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
