Akbar & Birbal by Endorphina: treasury multiplier guide

Akbar & Birbal uses a Coin on reel five to open four multiplier holders during an unlimited Free Games feature. This guide explains the completion condition and the dual Birbal symbol.

Akbar & Birbal uses five reels, three rows and twenty paylines. Endorphina publishes 96.08% RTP, high volatility and a €0.20–€160 supplier stake reference. Three or more Birbal Scatters begin an “unlimited” Free Games feature that continues until all four multiplier holders are opened.

Unlimited does not mean endless. The official stop condition is opening all four holders. A Coin appears randomly on reel five and opens a holder, increasing the multiplier applied to wins.

These are provider facts checked on 8 October 2026, not evidence of New Zealand operator availability or NZD limits. The active game help must confirm the deployed version.

Twenty-line base rules

Ordinary combinations pay across adjacent reels from the left on enabled lines. Scatters count anywhere. Only the highest combination per line is paid; Scatter and line wins can be added.

Akbar is the top published ordinary symbol at 250× base bet for five. The elephant pays 100×. Birbal pays 200× for five when read as a paying Wild symbol. Use the complete live paytable and establish the meaning of base bet before calculating currency.

Save the 20-line overlay, total stake and one simple result. Record every highlighted line separately where several paths use the same Birbal substitution.

Birbal as Scatter and Wild

Birbal is both Scatter and Wild. Three or more copies trigger Free Games; five Scatters pay 200× base bet. As Wild, Birbal substitutes for ordinary symbols and can also form its own five-of-a-kind result.

For a trigger that also creates lines, record Scatter count, Scatter award and line highlights independently. Do not replace missing Birbal Scatters with another symbol, and do not count one line twice because Birbal can be both a natural pay symbol and substitute.

The result panel should identify the highest combination chosen for each line. Preserve it whenever a Birbal-heavy grid could be interpreted in several ways.

What “unlimited” means here

The feature does not begin with a fixed number of spins in the public description. It continues until all four multiplier holders have been opened. The number of spins therefore varies with Coin arrivals.

At feature start, capture the four closed holders and multiplier display. Number each free spin. The ledger should show which holders remain closed, whether a Coin appeared and the active factor for that spin.

Avoid presenting a minimum or average feature length unless current help publishes it. A handful of demo sessions cannot establish an expected duration.

Reel-five Coin and holder progression

The Coin appears randomly on reel five only. Its job is to open a multiplier holder. Record the Coin position, holder state before the event, newly opened holder and multiplier after the event.

The official description says winnings are multiplied as Coins are added to the treasury. Confirm in live help whether the new factor applies to the Coin spin or begins afterward. Do not apply a later multiplier retrospectively to earlier feature wins.

When the fourth holder opens, capture the final winning grid, multiplier and feature-end screen. This proves why the “unlimited” sequence stopped.

Building a holder-by-holder ledger

Use columns for spin number, Coin on reel five, holder opened, closed-holder count, factor before, factor after, line credit and final spin credit. Attach the parent round ID.

At the end, add settled free-spin credits and compare them with the feature summary. Keep the original Scatter award outside the sum until history shows whether it is already included.

If the animation hides a holder change, use consecutive screenshots or server history. Never replay at a higher stake to recreate an unclear event.

Risk and Bonus Pop

Classic Risk can allow up to ten doubling decisions after an eligible win. It is a separate wager after settlement and should not be confused with the feature’s increasing multiplier.

Bonus Pop is listed by Endorphina but may not be enabled everywhere. If present, capture cost, feature entry and any RTP disclosure. Paid entry is not evidence of natural Birbal trigger frequency.

For a baseline test, decline Risk and leave optional shortcuts off. This keeps the four-holder sequence auditable.

RTP, volatility and stakes

The 96.08% RTP is a long-run theoretical value for the published profile. It does not predict the number of spins required to open four holders. Verify the active value in the loaded help.

High volatility is a category, not a guarantee of large results. A lengthy feature can still settle modestly, and a short sample cannot validate the theoretical return.

The €0.20–€160 range is in euros. Do not relabel it as NZD. Record the operator currency, total debit, minimum, increment and maximum exactly as displayed.

Mobile and demo checks

The official page provides a demo route and describes mobile play. Demo mode can expose the holder interface, but it does not prove real-money access or configuration parity.

On a phone, check that reel five, all four holders, active multiplier, stake and history remain visible. Landscape mode may make the treasury easier to read; portrait mode must keep the close and help controls reachable.

Before paid play, save title, provider, version, RTP, currency, limits, line model, optional-control status, domain and date. For support, add the trigger, each Coin event and final holder state.

Common interpretation errors

  • Reading unlimited as an endless or guaranteed long feature.
  • Stopping the ledger before the fourth holder opens.
  • Applying the final multiplier to earlier spins.
  • Letting non-Coin symbols open holders.
  • Looking for Coin outside reel five.
  • Mixing Classic Risk doubles with holder multipliers.
  • Treating euro limits as NZD.

Reconstructing multiplier timing

The most important unresolved detail in a live audit is when a newly opened holder changes the factor. Begin a feature row with the factor displayed before the spin. If a Coin lands on reel five, record the line credit, holder-opening animation and factor shown afterward. Server history or the result panel should indicate whether the current spin used the old or new value.

Repeat this method for every holder rather than assuming all four transitions behave identically. A clear sequence might read: spin seven began at the prior factor, Coin opened holder two, settlement showed the updated factor, and spin eight began with that factor retained. The evidence, not the animation order alone, supports the conclusion.

How to describe feature length

Report the actual number of free spins observed and the four-holder end condition. Avoid phrases such as “infinite spins”, “no limit on winnings” or “guaranteed long bonus”. “Unlimited Free Games” is the provider’s feature name, while the mechanism has a finite stopping event.

For comparison across sessions, record spins to first Coin, intervals between Coins and total spins. These observations can describe tested runs but are not probabilities. A small sample cannot show the expected duration or whether one holder is harder to open.

Birbal settlement example

Suppose four Birbal symbols appear with an ordinary icon and complete two highlighted lines. The result may contain a four-Scatter payment, one or more substituted line wins and the feature trigger. List those components exactly as the game does. Do not apply Birbal’s five-of-a-kind 200× example when only four are present.

During Free Games, continue using the same distinction. Birbal can remain Scatter/Wild while the Coin operates the treasury. A Coin is not a Scatter, Wild or direct pay symbol unless the current help explicitly gives it another role.

Support and interruption handling

If a network interruption occurs before all holders open, do not restart the game repeatedly. Reconnect, locate the parent round and compare the restored holder state with the last screenshot. Record balance and counter before making another wager.

For support, provide round ID, UTC or local timestamp with timezone, four-holder state, last Coin event and balance movement. Redact account identifiers. This package helps distinguish a display restoration issue from a completed server settlement.

Final assessment

One-minute pre-feature checklist

Before the first paid spin, identify Birbal, the reel-five Coin, all four holder indicators and the current multiplier display. Confirm that the history button remains accessible. This short check makes later screenshots self-explanatory and prevents a decorative treasury icon from being mistaken for an opened holder.

During the feature, pause only where the interface permits; never interrupt a running round or reload merely to capture a cleaner image. The server record and final balance are more important than an ideal screenshot.

Akbar & Birbal replaces a fixed free-spin counter with a visible completion condition. The useful evidence is a chronological record of reel-five Coins, four holder changes and the active multiplier at each stage.

The provider page supports the 5×3, 20-line profile, 96.08% RTP, dual Birbal symbol and treasury feature. Current help remains decisive for the exact multiplier sequence and operator configuration.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Endorphina, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
