Triple Juicy Drops is listed by Betsoft as live from 27 January 2022. Its official page publishes 94.84% RTP, very high volatility, a 29.41% hit rate, five reels and awards formed by three or more horizontally or vertically adjacent matching symbols.

The game combines repeated drops with three collection-driven Prize Wheels and free spins containing 2× and 3× Wild multipliers. The provider page explains the feature families but omits the full paytable, collection thresholds, stake range and maximum award from accessible text.

Reading adjacent matches

The official wording requires at least three identical symbols adjacent horizontally or vertically. It does not mention diagonal contact. A valid reconstruction therefore marks each occupied cell and follows shared edges only unless the live Help expands the rule.

The accessible page does not state the row count, even though third-party screenshots may imply a square field. Use the deployed grid rather than fixing dimensions from memory. When a match is removed, number the board before and after the drop.

Separate multiple groups if they do not touch. If a new match forms after replacement symbols fall, it belongs to the same paid round but a later drop stage. History should retain one initiating stake and the combined settlement.

Collection symbols and changing targets

Betsoft says matching symbols are collected toward Prize Wheel counters. Its overview also states that the associated target symbols change every 20 spins. The page does not explain whether the counter resets when targets change, persists across sessions or uses paid spins only.

Record all three target icons, their starting counters and each credited match. After the twentieth relevant spin, capture the changeover before making any persistence claim. Visual fullness is not proof that a wheel must activate on the next round.

Each collection should be linked to a settled match, not merely the appearance of a fruit. The provider says symbols are collected by making groups of three or more, so isolated target icons should not be counted without Help evidence.

Mini, Super and Mega Prize Wheels

The product page names Mini, Super and Mega wheels. It says they activate after enough associated symbols are collected and can award cash prizes or free spins. The feature labels also connect them with Large, Grand and Massive prizes.

The accessible source does not publish collection counts, wheel segment probabilities or monetary values. Do not treat Mini, Super and Mega as fixed jackpots. Capture the active wheel, visible segments, awarded segment and final account credit.

If the animation passes over a segment, that does not prove it was nearly won. A spinning wheel is a result presentation unless the primary rules describe timing or player control.

Scatter-triggered free spins

Betsoft states that three or more Scatter symbols trigger free spins. The public text does not disclose the initial count, eligible positions, retrigger rule or whether a wheel can activate during the feature.

Inside free spins, 2× and 3× multiplier Wilds can appear. Confirm whether multiple Wild multipliers add, multiply, select the largest or apply separately to different groups. These calculation rules materially change settlement and cannot be inferred from the symbols alone.

For a feature record, save the Scatter screen, opening counter, every multiplier Wild involved in a paying group, any collection progress and the closing summary. Do not use a promotional maximum from another site as a verified cap.

The 94.84% RTP needs clear labelling

The current official product page displays 94.84%. Other reviews may show a different value, but a conflicting third-party number does not override the studio record. The active client may still use another approved configuration, so Help remains essential.

Very high volatility means outcomes can be unevenly distributed. The 29.41% hit rate does not mean 29.41% of spins produce a profit, a wheel step or a free-spin entry. Small results can qualify as hits.

Never claim that collecting progress improves the RTP of the next spin. Unless Help documents persistent state and conditional mathematics, the visible counter is a feature state, not a prediction tool.

Paytable and award denominator

To evaluate an adjacent group, the editor needs symbol identity, count, payout and bet denominator. The public page does not state whether awards are expressed against total stake, a coin value or another unit.

Capture values for three, four and five symbols where present, along with any larger-group steps. If the grid can form groups above five, preserve those rows too. Translate to currency only after confirming the active stake basis.

The maximum award remains unavailable from the official accessible copy. Leave it that way until the exact deployed rules provide a cap.

A board-by-board worksheet

Draw the field as coordinates. On the opening board, colour each connected group and note which target counter it serves. After removal, keep empty cells distinct from incoming symbols. Repeat until no group remains.

Add wheel activations and Scatter events on separate lines. This prevents a cash-wheel award from being mistaken for a group payout and keeps multiplier Wild calculations attached to the correct free-spin board.

The worksheet should reconcile to one round-history total. It is not a strategy system and cannot forecast future fruit drops.

Phone and accessibility checks

At mobile width, all collection counters, target symbols and remaining free spins need readable labels. Colour alone is insufficient because the three wheels may use similar visual emphasis. Test zoom, reduced motion and muted sound.

If the connection fails during a long drop chain, wait for server history. A replay can omit earlier board states or speed through wheel animation. The credited result and event log are stronger evidence than memory.

Demo and NZ availability

Betsoft links an official preview, but the two sponsored routes here are not that demo. The provider page also does not prove real-money availability in New Zealand or listing by 22Bet.

Check an authenticated account, territorial conditions and the precise Help document. Report the observation with date rather than turning one account result into a universal availability statement.

Testing the 20-spin target rotation

The provider’s “symbols change every 20 spins” statement needs a controlled observation because the accessible page does not define which spins count. Start immediately after a visible target refresh if possible and number only settled paid rounds. Record aborted launches, purchased features and free spins separately rather than assuming they advance the same counter.

Before each round, capture the three target symbols and their progress values. After settlement, record every qualifying horizontal or vertical group and the counter movement. This distinguishes credited collections from fruit that merely appeared on the grid.

At round twenty, save the state both before and after settlement. If targets rotate at the start of round twenty-one, describe that timing precisely. If the change occurs after a feature or reconnect, consult history and repeat the observation before publishing a rule.

Pay particular attention to unfinished progress. Does it reset, transfer to a new fruit or remain stored behind the new target? The marketing page does not answer. Do not call a disappearing counter unfair or a carried counter permanent until the loaded Help explains the lifecycle.

Repeat the test after a normal logout only if permitted. Session persistence and account persistence are different claims. A counter surviving page refresh may still reset after target rotation, while a counter restored after login may belong to server state.

If a wheel activates during the sample, pause the rotation table and record the wheel event independently: triggering counter, wheel name, visible segments, award and credit. Then return to the paid-spin sequence. This prevents a free-spin award from being counted as another paid round.

The result should be a dated behavioural record, not a probability estimate. Twenty observed spins cannot establish RTP, wheel odds or expected value; they can only verify interface timing for the matched deployment.

Evidence checklist

  1. Match title, provider and build.
  2. Confirm 94.84% RTP.
  3. Trace horizontal and vertical adjacency.
  4. Record target-symbol changes after 20 spins.
  5. Capture all three wheel thresholds.
  6. Document Scatter count and free-spin counter.
  7. Test 2× and 3× Wild settlement.
  8. Find stake range and maximum clause.

FAQ

What RTP does Betsoft publish?

The current product page states 94.84%.

How are ordinary matches formed?

Three or more identical symbols must touch horizontally or vertically.

How many Prize Wheels are documented?

Three: Mini, Super and Mega.

Are free spins confirmed?

Yes. Three or more Scatters trigger them, but the spin count is not accessible publicly.

What Wild multipliers appear?

Betsoft lists 2× and 3× multiplier Wilds during free spins.

Is NZ availability confirmed?

No. A provider listing is not operator-territory evidence.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.

Start with identity, then configuration

Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Betsoft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.

When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.

Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration

Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.

Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.

Keep simulation figures in their proper scope

A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.

Audit a disputed round

If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.

Read the paytable as a calculation document

The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.

Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.

Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round

Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.

Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.

Confirm market and device behaviour independently

A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.

On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.

Keep a compact evidence record

For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.

Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.

Use limits that survive the feature design

Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.

No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.

Primary source and correction path

This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
