Collect Feature: the left-edge condition

The Collect Feature requires two or more consecutive Bonus and/or Duel Multiplier symbols starting from the leftmost reel. Values on winning Bonus symbols are summed and awarded. A Bonus symbol isolated on reel three does not satisfy that wording by itself.

Audit the feature as a path. Mark the qualifying symbol on reel one, follow consecutive occupied reels, then stop at the first gap. Record Bonus values before any duel, list the base sum and compare it with the final credited amount.

The public page does not state whether more than one Duel symbol can contribute to a single collect or how simultaneous patterns are prioritised. Current Help must settle those cases. Do not invent an order from animation alone.

Duel Multiplier

When a qualifying collect contains a Duel Multiplier symbol, Player and Banker multipliers of up to 100x face off. The winner applies to collected Bonus values. This describes a random resolution, not a player decision and not a strategy contest.

Capture both displayed candidates, the winning side, the base Bonus sum and the final product. If multiple Duel symbols appear, save the complete sequence. A headline ceiling of 100x does not establish frequency, average multiplier or maximum game win.

Separate the theatrical duel from settlement. The credit meter and round history are authoritative. If animation appears to select one multiplier while history credits another, preserve video, screenshot and round ID before contacting support.

Wild and the two collection destinations

The Wild substitutes for all symbols except Bonus, Duel Multiplier and Scatter. In the base game, each Wild is collected by either the VIP Case or the Cash Bonus Meter. Those destinations have different consequences and should be logged separately.

For every Wild, record the receiving destination shown by the interface. A Wild collected by the meter increases its value by 1x. A Wild collected by the case may activate a random event. Do not assume the choice is predictable or controlled unless Help explicitly provides a rule.

Record the meter before triggering free spins, after each Wild collection and before every feature settlement. Confirm whether its value persists between base spins, resets after a bonus, or is restored following reconnect. The public page does not specify those lifecycle boundaries.

The meter is not an account balance. It has conditional use inside the game and cannot be treated as withdrawable value before settlement. A responsible session limit should ignore an uncredited meter amount.

VIP Case event

When a Wild is collected, the VIP Case may activate randomly. Betsoft says it scatters Bonus symbols across the reels and triggers the Collect Feature. “May” is important: the provider does not publish activation odds.

How to verify the version you can actually open

A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby.
