THE Queen of Social Media influence-pot rules
A factual guide to three independently triggered pots, locked Bonus symbols, board duplication and the conditions behind the Grand prize.
Supplier sources below. Operator eligibility needs a separate check.

Betsoft lists THE Queen of Social Media as live from 24 September 2026 with five reels, 25 paylines, 96.18% RTP, high volatility and a 30.13% hit rate. Its Hold & Win structure is controlled by three Influence Pots: Boost, Multi and Double.
Each pot can trigger alone or with others. Boost raises Bonus values, Multi distributes 2x–10x multipliers, and Double creates a second independent board. The distinction matters because “three pots” describes three modifiers, not three identical jackpots.

Influence Pots
The three pots sit above the reels and collect corresponding Influence Pot Bonus symbols. They may randomly start Hold & Win, and more than one pot can activate together.
Record which pot symbols appeared before the trigger and which modifiers were awarded. Do not infer that filling a visible vessel guarantees activation unless current Help states a threshold. The provider describes random triggering rather than a fixed count.
For combined pots, preserve the order in which the interface applies Boost, Multi and Double. Order can change the displayed arithmetic, so the final credit should be reconstructed from round history rather than animation alone.
Boost, Multi and Double
Boost increases Bonus symbol values. Save every starting value and its boosted result. The public page does not publish the increment formula, so live Help is required before quoting exact ranges.
Multi scatters multipliers from 2x to 10x across the reels. Record multiplier positions, the Bonus values they affect and whether more than one multiplier can influence the same locked symbol.
Double duplicates the board, and Betsoft states that each board works independently. Keep separate ledgers for the original and duplicate: starting symbols, respin counters, locked positions and final awards. Never merge their grids while evaluating whether a board is full.
Hold & Win sequence
The feature begins with three respins. Influence Pot Bonus symbols transform into Bonus symbols and lock. Every newly landed Bonus symbol resets the counter to three.
Create a 15-position grid and mark the initial locked set. After each respin, note new Bonus values, occupied coordinates and the counter. An empty respin decreases the count; a qualifying new lock restores it.
Filling all 15 positions on a board awards the Grand prize. On a doubled feature, assess each board independently because the provider explicitly says they function separately. The public page does not publish a cash value for Grand, so do not invent one.
Wild and ordinary paylines
Wild substitutes for all symbols except Influence Pot Bonus symbols and can land on every reel. Capture the 25-line map and standard paytable from Help before evaluating ordinary wins.
A Wild cannot replace the special pot symbols. Keep base-game line awards separate from Hold & Win Bonus values, which use a locked-respin system rather than normal line evaluation.
The public product page omits stake limits, symbol pays and maximum win. Those fields remain unavailable until primary deployed rules provide them.
Buy Bonus choices
Betsoft describes two purchase routes: one guarantees a single Influence Pot with a chance to trigger up to three, while the other guarantees all three. The page does not state cost, return variant or local permissions.
Before any confirmation, capture the selected route, price, active RTP, total stake and cancellation option. The one-pot route must not be marketed as a three-pot guarantee.
Purchase is an in-game wager, not free access or an operator promotion. Its presence on a provider page does not demonstrate New Zealand or 22Bet deployment.
RTP and hit rate
The published 96.18% RTP is long-run theoretical return. High volatility suggests results can be uneven. The 30.13% hit rate counts hits, including possible returns below stake.
Maintain separate columns for paid stake, payline win, starting Bonus values, Boost changes, Multi effects, each board total and final credit. This prevents a visually busy Hold & Win from becoming an unverifiable headline.
Do not derive pot activation rates from a short session. Observation can confirm interface rules, not hidden probability tables.
Mobile and accessibility
On mobile, ensure all three pot labels remain visible and are not reduced to colour alone. During Double, verify both boards, both counters and all values can be inspected without horizontal clipping.
After reconnect, compare locked positions and remaining respins with the last settled state. Save a round ID whenever a duplicated board appears restored incorrectly.
Check focus order, contrast, reduced motion and whether multiplier results have a readable numeric label. Screen recording is useful for state transitions, but history remains the settlement source.
Evidence checklist
- Match exact title and provider.
- Confirm 96.18% in Help.
- Capture all 25 paylines.
- Record which pot symbols appear.
- Identify every triggered pot.
- Save pre- and post-Boost values.
- Map each 2x–10x Multi position.
- Keep Double boards in separate ledgers.
- Record the initial three respins.
- Mark every locked Bonus coordinate.
- Verify each reset to three.
- Confirm a full 15-position board before recording Grand.
- Apply the Wild exclusion correctly.
- Capture purchase route and price only if shown.
- Do not claim local availability without operator proof.
Verdict
A two-board audit example
When Double activates, label the original grid A and the duplicate B. Write the three-respin counter beside each board only if the interface shows separate counters; otherwise document the shared counter exactly as Help describes it. On every respin, record new Bonus coordinates, values and the reset event for each board. A symbol locking on A must not be copied to B unless the game visibly places it there.
If Multi also activates, add a multiplier layer to each grid rather than editing the underlying Bonus value. This retains the original number and makes the final calculation reproducible. For Boost, record the before-and-after value with an arrow. When all three pots act together, the evidence should still reveal which modifier caused each change.
The Grand condition applies to all 15 occupied positions on a board. Count positions, not the apparent density of effects. A duplicated feature can therefore finish with one complete board and one incomplete board. Only the board meeting the published condition supports a Grand record.
What the public page does not establish
The official source does not publish stake range, maximum win, Grand cash amount, pot-trigger probability, Boost formula or multiplier distribution. It also does not show whether an Influence Pot meter persists across sessions. Each field should remain unavailable until current Help provides direct evidence.
No inference should be made from the theme. Social-media imagery does not imply social play, tournaments, shared jackpots or interactions with other users. This is a reel game with named modifiers, not a social network product.
The September 2026 catalogue date establishes release history, not New Zealand access. A future operator listing could confirm availability for a specific account and date, but it would not retroactively verify every account or every jurisdiction.
Reader decision points
Before choosing the title, a reader can answer five concrete questions: Is 96.18% shown in live Help? Are all three pots explained? Is Double readable on a small screen? Are purchase price and RTP disclosed before confirmation? Can history reconstruct a Hold & Win result?
If any answer is no, the appropriate response is to pause, save the screen and seek clarification. The page does not convert missing evidence into a favourable assumption. That approach is especially important for a high-volatility game where presentation can make rare states look routine.
For corrections, retain the date, device, game identifier and Help version beside every capture. A later configuration may legitimately differ. Publishing the scope allows both records to coexist without pretending that one undated screenshot represents every deployment.
The most useful reader outcome is not a predicted win. It is the ability to identify which pot acted, reconstruct the locked-respin sequence and decide whether the disclosed purchase terms fit a pre-set budget. If the interface cannot support that check, leaving the game is a complete and reasonable decision.
This game’s useful distinction is modifier scope. Boost changes values, Multi changes multipliers and Double changes the number of independent boards. A review that calls them all “bonus pots” misses the information needed to audit a round.
Betsoft documents the framework clearly while leaving prices, probabilities, limits and local configuration to deployed Help. Keeping those gaps visible produces a more reliable page than importing unsupported numbers.

How to verify the version you can actually open
A provider page proves that a title exists and describes the supplier's intended rules. It does not prove that a casino accepts players in New Zealand, that the title is enabled for a particular account, or that the highest published RTP is the version in the lobby. Treat availability, operator eligibility and product configuration as three separate checks.
Start with identity, then configuration
Open the game only through the authenticated casino lobby. The information or help panel should identify Betsoft, the exact title and the active mathematical return. Compare the reel or grid layout, paylines or cluster rules, named features and symbol behaviour with the official product material. Similar artwork or a matching title is not enough when the help file is missing or inconsistent.
When the supplier publishes several RTP values, report all of them as configurations. Do not assume the highest option is deployed. RTP is a theoretical long-run measure across a very large number of rounds; it is not a refund rate for one player and cannot predict the next result. Volatility is different: it describes how unevenly results are distributed on the provider's scale.
Read stake controls as money, not interface decoration
Provider sheets often quote a reference range in euros. That range does not establish New Zealand-dollar support or the limits in a specific account. Before a paid round, identify the total amount that will leave the balance. If the interface separates denomination, coins and lines, verify the combined total. If Extra Bet is active, calculate its full cost before pressing spin.
Feature-buy prices are multiples of the current bet, not promised returns. A 100x purchase at a $1 stake costs $100; at a $2 stake it costs $200. Availability can vary by market and some mathematical configurations may not support the control. If the live help does not explain the price, delivered feature and active RTP, leave the option unused.
Keep simulation figures in their proper scope
A game sheet may publish a maximum result observed in a large simulation. That is not automatically the contractual maximum payout and never describes a likely session. Preserve the provider's wording, sample size and configuration. Check the live rules for a binding cap and the operator terms for any separate payout limit. Do not turn an extreme result into a promotional headline.
Audit a disputed round
If an animation freezes or a connection drops, do not repeat the wager immediately. Reopen the game through the authenticated lobby and inspect round history. Record the time, total stake, balance movement and round identifier. The result can be settled by the gaming system even when the device never displays the final animation. Send evidence through verified operator support; never disclose a password, recovery phrase or one-time code.
Read the paytable as a calculation document
The paytable should explain what creates a win, which symbols substitute, where special symbols can land and how multiple awards combine. For line games, confirm direction and active paylines. For cluster games, confirm adjacency, minimum group size and the order of collection. For respins, identify what remains locked, what resets the counter and what ends the feature. A graphic effect can illustrate those rules but cannot replace them.
Separate addition from multiplication. Several prize values may be added before a multiplier applies, while reel-specific multipliers can sometimes multiply together only when each reel participates in the same win. Reconstruct one low-stake result from game history. If the arithmetic cannot be matched to the help file, stop and ask the operator rather than guessing.
Do not confuse hit frequency with a profitable round
Provider sheets can publish hit frequency or category probabilities. A hit simply means a round returned a qualifying amount; it can be smaller than the stake. “Big”, “Mega” or “Epic” thresholds are provider reporting categories, not promises. They are useful for comparing mathematical versions only when definitions and samples are the same.
Random outcomes do not become due after a long gap. A feature that appeared repeatedly in a demo or marketing clip has no obligation to repeat in a funded session. Previous rounds do not create a debt from the next random result.
Confirm market and device behaviour independently
A title can exist in the supplier catalogue while an operator disables it for a territory, currency, device or bonus. Language localisation is not evidence of legal availability. Confirm the operator's identity, accepted countries and current lobby separately from the provider review.
On mobile, verify that balance, total bet, feature state and help remain visible without overlap. On desktop, check that browser zoom does not hide a purchase control or change the apparent denomination. Mathematical configuration should not change merely because the screen changes; if the help shows another RTP, treat it as a different deployment and record it.
Keep a compact evidence record
For any fact used in a review, save the title, provider, official URL, document date when available, access date and exact territorial scope. For a live session, add the operator domain, Game ID, RTP, currency and a non-sensitive screenshot of the help panel. This makes later corrections possible when a supplier updates a sheet or an operator changes configuration.
Missing information should remain missing. Do not estimate an RTP from results, convert a euro reference range into an operator's NZD limit, or treat another casino's configuration as evidence. A transparent “not confirmed” is more useful than a precise-looking number without the correct source.
Use limits that survive the feature design
Collection meters, expanding grids, sticky symbols and near misses can make a session feel unfinished. Unless the rules explicitly preserve progress, the visible state has no value after the round or feature ends. Set a money limit and time limit before launch, count feature buys immediately, and stop at the limit even when a meter appears close to an upgrade.
No random game is an income plan. Do not borrow, use essential funds or raise the stake to recover a loss. If play stops feeling recreational, use timeout, deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools and consult the site's responsible gambling guide.
Primary source and correction path
This guide separates documented product information from market availability. Check the official source and the game help inside the exact version offered before making a decision.
